My stay was excelled.

Very friendly staff nice large room and tasty coffee Nothing

The room was big and the beds were clean and comfortable. Our bathroom faucet didn’t work. The water came out in just a trickle so you had to wash up and brush your teeth in the bathtub. Not great. We were exhausted when we checked in so had no energy to change rooms. The next morning I let the person at the dest know our sink wasn’t working and she at first asked if I was a member. I’m not. She said she couldn’t do anything for me but she would let the manager know. Somehow an implication that if I was a member she could have done something for me. It didn’t sit well with me.

The facility was clean and staff was helpful. Only problem, the pool wasn't available. They had it closed.

No Pool, no working treadmill, bathroom was very in need of work. Concern with mold, broken TP roll, etc.

Rooms were spacious but definitely needs cleaning. I unfortunately had to change my room twice. I booked a double standard bedroom. The first room was on the third floor and the A/C leaked water so the carpet was soaked. I only knew because I took off my shoes and checked the room and my feet got soaked as I stepped near the bedside where the A/C was. Other than that, the room was fine, but we notified the staff and they staff changed the room for us. The second room was on the 1st floor and the room smelled, but it turns out it was the smell of mold. There was mold near the toilet in the bathroom & the sink wasn't working, so we definitely changed our room again since we had two children, 7 & 9. I offered the staff to take the first room back if there were no rooms available because they had mentioned they were fully booked, but they offered us a different room. The last room was a king size bed with a sofa bed. This room was fine. The bed was the best part as it was so comfortable, but the floors & bathtub need cleaning. Breakfast was decent. I especially loved that it was self-serve and I was able to bring it to the room. Staff was excellent & helpful.

Carpet was extremely dirty. They need to shampoo and clean it thoroughly.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was lovely in the morning. They even gave us chocolate milk to go when we checked out. They overheard the girls talking about how good the chocolate milk was. I had purposely booked the hotel for my daughters 16 th birthday party. Knowing there was a pool there, that's why I chose it over another. The pool was closed for renovations. No where on the website or when I checked in and said that we were excited to use the pool was I told that it wasn't open. I had to go looking for it. Saw it was closed and when I went back to the front they just shrugged their shoulders and said yeah. The website in fact said it had an outdoor and indoor pool, which I knew was incorrect info. the facility only has a indoor pool. I live in the area and have stayed here before. I do think it should have been posted in the lobby and on website that the pool was closed. It put a damper on five girls fun evening. Also One of the rooms we had was near the lobby and I could hear the staff talking into the wee hours of the morning.

TV wasn't set up, the USB ports were broken, and pool was under construction. The gym room machines were also not working.

The room smelled a little funky according to my husband but I didn't smell anything. The location was great it's next to a BJ's and a Walmart and lots of other shops. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The coffee and breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly. The only negatives was the pool was under construction and the USB ports were broken in our room. Also the TV wasn't set up so there wasn't any channels to watch. Would stay again. TV wasn't set up, the USB ports were broken, and pool was under construction. The gym room machines were also not working.

No running water in the bathroom faucet Carpets were filthy. Amenities were empty Moved to another room. Same problems. No faucet water and dirty carpet No towels one day and room was not cleaned Coffee available for 2 days, then the pot disappeared Bathrooms in Lobby out of order. This Holiday Inn was terrible!!
