No house cleaning, broke sink No water in sink.breakfast was great

The pool was out of order and unfortunately our rooms smelled of an awful food.

Room was clean and comfortable,

We like how big and open the room was. It was updated and clean.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good. Parking was easy.

Went through 3 rooms. First had hair and crumbs in bed. Second room door wouldn’t latch shut. Third room door lock system not working. Then we’re told no more rooms. At that point I no longer wanted to stay so asked for a refund. Staff was outside smoking so we had to go find them between room problems twice. Would not recommend staying here.

Large modern rooms. Very Comfortable bed! Ideal!

Nothing left for breakfast on our second day at the hotel. Would have rated the hotel higher but disappointed on both these areas

Unfortunately we contacted Expedia and they called the hotel who stated that they would not give us a voucher for another stay. We’ve stayed there many times and it’s perplexing that they don’t value returning customers enough to accommodate them. Needless to say we will not stay there again.

Location only. Poorly maintained and supplied. First room had no phone cord. Lights did not work. Tub dirty. Plug for tub did not fit. Ice container w/ no lid or cups. No service on one day of my stay. Simply "missed it". Threw away my snacks. No coffee in room.

It fit our needs perfectly. The breakfast was great and the coffee anytime option was nice.

After searching for hotels with pools we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the pool was not in service.The breakfast buffet was nice.The staff was great and helpful.

Very clean the rooms the lobby!! They went above and beyond we stayed there for my son’s graduation from college so of course I couldn’t bring anything on the plane so the managers and staff were very helpful letting me have a graduation party in the lobby area they even sat up the fire pit to do s’mores!! I would definitely stay there again!! Super nice staff!! Very accommodating!! I couldn’t thank them enough!!
