Found a bed bug immediately upon getting into my room. Front desk was very accommodating in moving me to a new room.

I ended up having to sleep in my car with my children so they could relax and get some kind of sleep. The stay was a nightmare !!!!

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really delicious actually.!

This hotel was ok. Elevator was pretty old and not well maintained. Rooms were clean and good. Although had to go to the reception to ask for pillow and toilet paper. They did not refill the toilet paper after the first day. Hotel staff was good and respectful.

Room was clean. There was a funky smell in the sink area. (Room 106). Also , checking out in the morning, there was no one at the desk, ended up dropping off keys and leaving, was tired of waiting.

Check in took over 30 minutes because my reservation was 3rd party and the clerk said the computer wouldn't let her assign me a room...it was clearly operator error. No towels in fitness center ...no cups for water. No sanitizing wipes in dispenser for exercise machines.

Bed looking like they never pulled up the blankets underneath so it looked all bunched up at the foot of the bed under the bedspread, made me question if sheets were changed. No trash bags in any can. Lighted mirror didn’t work. People left door screaming all night til 3am and they did nothing by about it. I have stayed here a few times and each time it’s always something. Staff this time around seemed very cold and robotic. I felt uncomfortable

The facility is very well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. The beds provided an excellent night’s sleep. The location is also very convenient, centrally located in New Jersey with easy access to both New York City and Philadelphia.

I didn’t use the pool, because I just didn’t have time but I saw kids they’re really enjoying it. The Starbucks coffee made on site was also excellent It’s not really about the property, but Booking.com said there was free breakfast and this location has no free breakfast.
