I also completed online check-in and selected my room nearly 24 hours in advance. When I arrived, I was assigned a completely different room. I understand situations happen, but the front desk agent was very nonchalant and simply said the previous guest extended their stay. He seemed more interested in rushing the conversation than offering an apology or trying to accommodate me. Customer service can make all the difference, and this experience left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter despite being a paying guest. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great place to stop for the night. If you’re looking for an overnight stay during a road trip, this is the kind of place to go to. The price was reasonable, the room was as expected: clean and comfortable. The only thing for families traveling with teenagers to consider is that bathroom door is a sliding barn-style door, and doesn’t lock or provide the privacy of a regular door. Just a consideration to keep in mind.

The staff at the breakfast bar rid a wonderful job keeping everything fresh even during busy times. Front desk was very helpful. My only concern is the shower doors are installed backwards so the water sprays between the gap and the bathroom sink faucet is too close to the edge of the sink which makes it nearly impossible to wash your hands. Both issues are not related to the staff which are great.

This hotel is perfect, especially for their rate. Unless you need to sleep on cotton sheets (as opposed to microfiber or poly blend - I wish I could, but I cannot sleep), you will be very happy.

Great quiet place to stop just slightly off 95 on our long road trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to drive a little ways to find a gas station that was open.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel - it's very clean, nice rooms, not too stuffed with the furniture, either recently remodeled or well maintained, convenient parking and very decent breakfast.

Window shade was broken, pillows flat and low light in room and bathroom. Property is upgraded and clean.

From start to finish (I can’t believe we made it) this hotel was a mess. I wasn’t arriving to a Hampton Inn expecting luxury, but also not the stay we had either. First, the room we were provided smelled of mold and mildew. We asked for a change of rooms in which they gave us the room directly next door… which also smelled of mildew (these were on the ground floor). We mentioned the problem again & they said we can leave (it’s 1:30am). Eventually we were provided another room & that room smelled like sewage. We decided to just get through the night… which turned into roughing it for our stay. Out of the 3 nights and 4 days we never once received housekeeping. I asked 4x throughout our stay to have our room cleaned. I spoke to the front desk twice, the manager and the house keeper outside our door once… never received housekeeping. I asked for the manager to call me, never received a call. Expedia tried to call them several times & also never received a response.

Staff was great! Rooms were comfortable. We tried to check out early from a room and not be charged but we were anyways. Not happy about that but the staff was kind through it all.

Very clean and welcoming! Not much! The mini fridge want cold but I think that’s because it may have been left open in the cabinet? But not a big deal at all!!

Everything was great. The staff was warm and friendly. The place was really clean. The pool was excellent. I can’t rave enough how satisfied we were with the amenities that we received. were wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful thank you to your staff.
