The pool was closed, which was an unpleasant surprise during a heat wave in the area over the 4th of July weekend.
-
Was very satisfied with my stay the only disappointing factor was once we checked in we were told that the pool was closed for maintenance. That was a little disappointing knowing it was the Fourth of July that was one amenity that I was looking forward to using.

Pool was closed on hottest day of the year! Kids needed something to do so we had to travel to mall!

Loved it, will be back as soon as possible😁

Clean rooms comfortable

Overall the stay was good. The front staff was great, especially the young man. He was helpful. A few issues: the water was not hot for showers, it was lukewarm. There were random peanuts in the floor, not sure why lol. The bed was comfy but the sheets had little holes, just kinda odd. The pool wasn’t open which we didn’t know and that was disappointing. We were told the breakfast as at 6am during the week but it was not open. We waited until 6:30 but had to leave without eating.

There are a lot of hotels in this area. Choose wisely.

They give you a tiny Dove bar of soap. The WiFi password is in the card containing the key but they don’t tell you the wifi to use or that the password is written down. They don’t communicate well and then it’s sort of bumpy. When I first checked in - they put me in a room that smelled like bad body odor. I asked to switch and the front desk person did switch me and was pretty nice. The people at the front desk are nice enough but English is not their first language so it makes communication tough. I doubt I would stay there again. I like more amenities and English speaking staff who communicate better.

Clean spacious room and staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 1 night and room was not as expected. AC did not work correctly and room was warm. Bathroom and kitchen area was old and worn. Rest of room was OK. TV/remote did not work. We had 4 people and paid for extra person and pull-out sleeper was small and very uncomfortable for 2 people. Door fell off kitchen cabinet when we opened it. Breakfast was OK. Did not bother to complain until we left. Expected much better for $250 night. Will not return here.

As a family of five, this was a very disappointing experience. The condition of the room and lack of advertised amenities made for a miserable stay. Honestly, we would have been more comfortable sleeping in my truck than spending the night here.

The location and continental breakfast. We had to change rooms 3 times in 2 days because of air conditioning issues. The rooms are worn and shabby. The chairs in the bedrooms were filthy. The room that I thought I was getting with a master bedroom with a door actually cost me an additional $60.00. The sleeper sofa had a 2 1/2 inch pad on it, not suitable for anything other than a small child. When we had to pack up and change rooms for the third time in two days, my friend asked if we could get 2 smaller rooms as compensation and was denied. They didn't do anything to make up for the several problems we had during our short stay. They advertised a pool, which it has but is covered over.

The place was good and at a nice location. Only complaint is that the AC in the room wasn’t working properly.

I like the fact that it's set up for the convenience of cooking and provides cooking utensils. There's nothing to say that I didn't like
