Room could have been vacuumed a little better but overall clean. Enjoyed the kitchen setup and quiet.

Breakfast menu was adequate.

Property is well lit but the entrance is a little difficult to find. The flagpole marks the entrance. Grounds look well kept. The inside & outside of the actual building looks well kept. Someone mentioned in a past review that road noise can be loud? We heard the trucks & cars but honestly, it was not loud at all. We were on the bottom floor, next to the road. Deposit for incidentals: $20 a stay. But they do charge $100 pet deposit. We did not travel with pets and did not see or hear any pets. Parking is ample and free. Laundry is on the 2nd floor and is $5 a load. Area is very industrial and fast moving. If you like to walk/jog in the morning I suggest staying on the property. You can easily do laps around the building. Purchasing items from the hotel ex: water bottle, snacks, Tylenol, tampons is EXPENSIVE. THE POOL IS CLOSED! Has been closed since COVID. This is really disappointing. Honestly. The website reflects the pool and I booked because of the pool. Had I asked about the pool before checking in, I would have booked elsewhere. There is plenty of out door games for the kids to play and the front desk has board games. Basketball, corn hole, and some other games. The exercise room is small. 3-4 machines in a tiny room. Not sure if the machines worked, as I did not use the machines. Any staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Check-in took maybe 10 minutes. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON OR IN THIS PROPERTY. I

Decent hotel

Staff was very friendly. The sofa bed was non existent. Ended up sleeping on the floor for the third person in the room. It was unusable.

Clean room well equipped with necessities. Friendly staff who were very helpful when we needed anything. Decent breakfast.

Not any nicer than any of the other crappy extended stays in the area but much more expensive. Couch in the 1bd suite is not able to be sat on bc it's falling apart, shower barely worked, pillows were cheap and barely filled. Hallways smelled like mildew and old food. And to top it off they charge $10 per day for parking without ever disclosing it, they never asked for vehicel information or even confirmed that I parked there. Not to mention it's a hotel where everyone would need to drive to get there and a huge completely open lot.

The staff are friendly, the room comfortable, and I appreciate the healthy breakfast selections.

Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and breakfast was good. Staff members were sweet and professional.
-
Great stay that is just off of the NJ turnpike. Place is nice, staff is great, but it is showing it's age.

Karla (Carla) at the front was super sweet helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you so much Carla. We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect! No complaints at all.

They barely had any breakfast the first day. They claim renovations. The second day, I came out after 9 a.m. nothing was there.

Wort Bon oy ever. Next to two big barking dogs for two night and last nite fire alarm twice. 1 am. Tried to complain. Just got a stare

It has potential. It’s quiet seems like not many people use it At First Lady at the front desk asked me to bring bedding by myself when I called her to say room is not prepared for 4 guests. Breakfast was very poor , no fruit or vegetables and old frozen bagels. And at the end they charged me second time !! So I was charge double ?

Very nice Central New Jersey Residence Inn. Good service from the staff and housekeeping service.
-
I really enjoyed it very comfortable and great customer service
-
It was ok. Definitely needs some updating in the rooms. Was not very clean in the bathroom

Wasn’t very clean, there was mold in bathroom on both shower curtains and on wall, there was also hair in the tub, bathroom door had black finger prints and hand prints on it. Kitchen utensils looked very old and some were even full of rust. Breakfast was good but the breakfast lady was rude and making faces at people.
