Beds need new mattresses. Pool was cold. Needs some renovations.

Staff was great, property was nice, the room smelt like old fireplace, the coffee make had dust all over it and water from previous stay in it. Didn’t need the kitchen otherwise.

It was cramped for 6 people, but we all slept well and the place was a great vibe. Very accommodating staff and good amenities for a cabin in the woods. Wifi was spotty but we were able to catch the Fifa game on our TV which was awesome.

We had a pleasant visit to the lodge. It is a very nice property and it was mostly quiet. The cabin was rustic and could use some updating but everything was functional and fairly clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was barely adequate and if the temperature were higher it would not have been good enough to stay comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and very affordable.

It's recently under new ownership so there may be kinks, (hence the 4's- there's a lot to do, it's a large complex) But they are trying very hard and I'm sure in no time those will go to 5's too. The wi-fi is what it is for the area. My phone struggled too. I booked for one night and as soon as I checked in I wished it were two. The manager is so gracious! Planning to come back as soon as I am able, to enjoy the lodge itself and the mountain/lakes nearby for at least 2-3 nights. What a treasured find!

This was a great place. I was suprised how cool it was but when we needed the heater it worked great. I think it would have been nice to have more dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen, because it was a full kitchen, would have been really nice. We had no paper towels, even though the holder was there with a an empty roll, and almost ran out of toilet paper, but it was comfortable and enjoyable and we would definitely come back.

It was a nice pace to stay for th money. More lights that work would have been better but all in all, it was a good experience.

Felt safe, quiet and comfortable. Pretty much clean besides crumbs and a plastic cup left on one chair and someone’s shirt left behind. Other than the staff was helpful and nice. Only stood one day

The window need to have locks that works, room #8 has one window that is not working properly, we just improvised and have to put something to stuck in it so nobody can’t open it. Another one is the pillows, it needs to be replaced asap, thetes so many stains to it, $5 pillow from dd’s store should not hurt, even if it has pillow case , it’s disgusting to still use the pillow . some of the blanket stil have some hairs on it. Cleanliness with sheets need attention pls. Everything else works just fine like d t.v, microwave, heaters, showers. And place is nearby the lake and stores so thats a convenient. The person help us was nice too.

Staff was excellent, excessive noise from the room above, children left unattended and/or allowed to jump off furniture and scream until 2:30 am several nights in a row is my only complaint... otherwise it was a nice place.
