The ashley inn

This hotel was not clean. It was a non smoking room but smelled like smoke.

It’s an old motel but it is in really good condition.

The staff was great.

Close to restaurants Cleaning services the staff was off or quit had to take dirty towels to front desk to replace. The bed needs replaced had sink spots I got up with back pain. Statilite tv going in and out.

Stains on walls. Stains on sheets and towels. Booked 2 rooms and had to leave after the first night.

Not anything! The hotel was filthy!! It was also a fire hazard with visible broken outlets and bathroom vents covered is black junk! The keys were hard to get out of the locks! Batteries were out of the smoke detectors. One room had no way to watch the TV. It had no box and no batteries in the remote. I requested the rooms close together and they put someone in the room between us!! We had children with us so next door was important to us!!

Decent size room. Staff at front desk was nice. Quiet location. AC works well. Lights don't work right, room not cleaned properly. Found dog food on the floor. Black mold under the sink on the wall. Counter not cleaned well. Wifi doesn't work well. Refrigerator not cleaned.

Location Nasty

The room was dated, bedding stained, TV tiny, towels mismatched.

It was in a location I needed to be The house keeping was already banging on my door 1 hour before check out. The covers were dirty with poo stains and pee stains. The entire room was disgusting. Housekeeping does not do a good job. They only make the beds but does not put on fresh bedding.

There was people drinking and being loud bang on others doors. The staff member didn’t do nothing Had to wait for a room and they didn’t have one clean which I booked way ahead of time There was trash all thru out my room and bed bugs between the floor and wall No soap or towels Was very loud and partying going on I asked for my money back bc I was only there for a hour

simple clean room with comfortable bed and work area with large desk and comfortable chair. everything i needed.

It was okay and decent , the floor wasn’t clean wasn’t vaccumed the bed sheets had stains and thank God we brought are own stuff ! The bathroom wasn’t cleaned the best we came to see family so we wouldn’t really half to use the bathroom their we would only come back at night ! The room and stuff they jsut need to keep clean ! We did not see bed bugs but we were worn !
