OK, it’s a motel, and maybe I should allow for loud trucks starting up outside my door at 5:45 am. One of our rooms had zero bedside lamps, multiple large black bugs.

the room next door (adjoining door) had people playing karioke at 10:30 PM and later - LOUD. The room above us they were rolling what sounded like a bowling ball on the floor.

Room had dirty rags in shower for got to take them. Hair in bath tub and floors not sweeped.

Wyndham booking did like my account number, then shifted me to a third party gambling site. This caused my credit card to call me about the transaction. Caused me to waste e 45 minutes cancelling everythin

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good Bathroom too small. Too much moisture in room. Needed more ventilation. Not enough light.

The location The common area and breakfast area were so so cold I could have worn a winter coat. The water pressure was low and barely had hot water. There was standing water by the ice machine with no wet floor signs or an attempt to mop it up. Dinner was served warm not hot and not acceptable for soup. . Door in bathroom would not completely close as hinge was coming off

The staff were really friendly. The restaurant was accommodating when we had an unplanned group gather for lunch. The room was clean but dated. I would stay again if I was in the area.

The hot breakfast buffet the next morning at the restaurant makes this one of my new favorite places to stay when I'm in Culpeper. The pool was amazing, the staff was friendly when I addressed them about a problem but the breakfast alone was off the hook! We are talking sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, fried potatoes cooked right, French toast, so many choices. I will definitely be back!

Staff friendliness.Requested Service. Safety.location for places + things of interest. The floors looked clean .but they were very dirty.More noticeable w/ no shoes on. When the water fr the narrow Shower went over onto the very nice floor I had to use a towel to wipe some of the bathroom floor. That towel Showed how dirty the floor Really is. That shower the floor really S/B wider or the raised leveling so the water can go in to the drain, not over onto the floor.

Front desk staff was friendly. The room seemed to be well-cleaned but didn’t have anything to wash my hands. The walls were extremely thin and my neighbor was loud - could hear every word. Ultimately, I didn’t feel comfortable staying here and left early.

The Comfort, Customer Service, Ouietness. It's Was My Family Member Wedding. My Family Had Beautiful Time. I Didn't Want to Leave. And The Breakfast Was Good As Well. Hopefully I Will Return For A Visit Soon. Thanks Nothing!!!!
