Room clean. Staff was very friendly we ate at Peppers for dinner it was very good and breakfast was good. I had surgery planned day we left and they allowed me to get a few things to take to go for breakfast. Lady at breakfast was super nice

The body wash an hair conditioner in the permanently installed bottles in the shower were empty. The house phone to call the front desk did not work. The wooden floor in the room was so dirty that the bottoms of my socks became black

My room wasn’t ready at check in and it looked like my room had mold on the ceiling

Location and value

The shower head was too low for my height. The shower accessories, like shower gel, shampoo were barely usable. I would recommend taking your own.

My room was clean and appeared to be one of the newly updated rooms. My only real complaint was that the floor didn't look like it had been mopped very well, as there was some visible dirt on it. The drawer handle on the bedside table was also broken, but that was pretty minor and didn't really affect my stay. They provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower, which was nice. The conditioner dispenser wouldn't pump for some reason, but again, not a huge issue. The hotel was quiet throughout my stay, the AC in the room worked great and kept the room nice and cold, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but I saw several families and other guests using it and it looked clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was actually really good! There was a nice selection of hot breakfast foods along with a smaller cold breakfast area. For the price, especially with breakfast included, I thought it was a really good value. There were a couple small things that could have been better, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again. Overall, it was a comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced stay.

Loud noise, phone didn’t work and shower curtain torn

The hotel was very dated. The courtyard and surrounding area was well maintained. The issue occurred upon checking into the room. Our first room was an adjoining room with a door in between and we could hear every word and bark of the dog. Very thin walls. Staff was accommodating to get us another room but it was also very dated. It looked like they were updating some of the rooms but ours was not great. Also went from 2 beds to a king.

The breakfast buffet was pretty disappointing. I didn't feel the quality of the foods was what I was used to, the gravy for the biscuits was very bland, the biscuits I didn't feel were that great either. The best thing I had there was per-packaged cereals and Orange Juice. The bed slept great and the room stayed cool enough though I do wish the A/C unit just stayed on non-stop instead of turning on and off to maintain temperature. The room was clean and I felt secure staying there.

Like free breakfast included with the room RSVP. Waiting to be seated during breakfast. A long line formed while waiting for the one restaurant attendant to escort hotel guests to a table. I suggest you schedule more than one attendant especially during the breakfast hours.
