Palihotel Culver City

Good

Hard to give good review, ac non working, known to staff prior to my check in, should have been told. Room was sooo hot. One good thing, was the honesty of the staff, and the manager gave me my money back. Will not return. Hard to sleep with noise from bar/restaurant and the lack of air. Could not open any windows either. It was 90 degrees in Culver City and this was two nights without sleep. Also, the shower was very hard to get into due to the door and counter to close together. Had to be very careful getting in and out.

Location, front staff and design. Room was very tiny, and could barely safely move in bathroom. The second night the pipes for the A/C would not stop banging, resulting in a result sleep.

Prime location to Culver Steps Staff could have been friendlier

Quick overnight stay for an early morning meeting in Culver City, everything was great and would definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!

oddly, the tvs are outdated with no access to streamers for winding down after a long day or for watching tv during a rainy day during vacation

Disappointing

Nice hotel.

The room is small but clean. The carpets do need a little attention. We were place on the first floor next to the restrooms and therefore can hear the fan running the whole time. It was a little noisy when the bar was still open, but died down after it closed. The location is great, make sure you park at the parking lot near Philz. Much cheaper than the overnight valet parking by the hotel if you don’t mind the walk.

Morgan, the GM, was wonderful - very helpful and courteous.

Nice and welcoming staff. Had a locely stay there.

Totally loved the ambiance! Do not love the parking situation. $60.00 is twice what I have ever had to pay to park at a hotel.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, wonderful staff. Easy access to downtown Culver City. Park your car and you can just walk everywhere.

Loved our stay here!! The hotel was decorated so cute and an easy walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. The restaurant downstairs was awesome and we will for sure stay here anytime we come back!

The room was very small and smelled. The sheets were damp from the humidity. Our room was adjacent to the restaurant and was very noisy. They offered us a $100 credit per room and then did not process the credit. The cost was over $400 per room ( we had two) and it was not at all worth it.
