I would stay here again.

The hotel is truly beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Personally, I find it very noisy. In the rooms, you can constantly hear the people next door and above you. The noise from outside was also really loud. At this price point, I would have expected something different.

Delicious food and drinks and stunning views. The Shay is handy for the metro and there are a good selection of restaurants nearby.

In all my years of travel, this could be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in… the staff was amazing… the rooms clean…. And in such a great spot ….right in the middle of tons of restaurants, great food and entertainment..

great stay. centrally located. would definitely recommend for a trip to LA

The room was very loud. We could hear all the steps from the people upstairs as well as the train outside.

The breakfast was great and I really enjoyed being on the roof top terrace.

The king room was very comfortable and very clean. All of the staff were unfailingly helpful. The Butterfly restaurant is a lovely spot for a drink. It was frustrating to only have valet parking. The only way for us to have access to our car (to fetch or store things) was to have the staff go into the garage and bring the car to the check in area. Not sure the hotel is worth the cost when traveling personally, but probably great if traveling for business. Be aware there is a "resort fee" added on to the cost of the room with the usual taxes and fees. This seems like just a way to charge a little extra.

Small things in the room were broken (latch to lock bathroom door) or not working (light bulb in bathroom). I don’t like the valet as a must. It’s already inconvenient then the valets don’t/can’t always have the car ready in 10 minutes. If you want to make a quick stop they can keep your car out but I didn’t always know I would be leaving again so quickly. Also cars pile up quickly in the drive way. It was a more enjoyable stay when they allowed the guests to park themselves

Clean and comfortable stay in Culver City. I'd definitely stay here again, depending on the pricing of it all. It was comfortable and walkable to downtown Culver City with great restaurants and options nearby. I liked the free ubers within the 2 mile radius as well, since I was there to visit my friend who lived nearby. Hotel parking is a bit pricey at $50 a night, but I also don't think there's any other options.
