La Cienega Motel

The room is definitely worn, but it was very clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and it was reasonably quiet (I travel with a white noise machine, which probably helped). The location made getting around the city easy, and the free parking was absolutely clutch—honestly, that alone offsets a lot of the property's rough edges. The only hiccup was that my key card stopped working a little after midnight on my last night. Mildly annoying, but the front desk guy came out and reprogrammed it within a couple of minutes. Also the shower water never got truly hot (the sink did, oddly enough?), but it was warm enough to complete quick showers. This is one of those places that knows what it is. It's not trying to be more, and that's fair given the price, cleanliness, the central location and included parking. Excellent value, and I'd totally stay here again if necessary.

Lacienega Inn is a great motel with clean modern rooms riendly staff,and free parking. I always come here best spot on the Westside.

The key to the door didn't work they never replaced it I couldn't go nowhere cuz I couldn't lock the door, they said he was the wrong key but I never got the right one

Communication with the property owner is inconsistent, due to their internal shift rotation. For example, the morning manager took the payment from my partner, but forgot to notify the next shift that the payment was submitted in cash at the lower rate. No toiletries were provided and the rooms floor could be much cleaner. Take those little things into consideration when comparing deals with other properties. Other than that it was sustainable.

The location that really nice, accross the starbuck and 5 minutes go to targets. The air conditioner was so loud.

Safe parking for the car

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The place was very clean, well-kept, and felt safe throughout my visit. The location was also perfect—convenient to everything I needed and easy to get around. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay again. One downside was that it was close to a busy street, which brought some noise during the stay. Overall, still a positive experience

Property was conveniently located. Staff was very friendly and check in/out was easy. Bed was comfortable. There is coffee and food within walking distance. The room was smaller than expected but that was fine The bathroom door did not close- the small metal plate that goes in the door frame was missing, so the door could not stay shut. There were stains on the bed and carpet. Our shower curtain had rips in it. There was paint spills on the floor and walls in bathroom. The main door had a lot of light and sound coming through. The people next door were fighting a lot, which I know is not the properties fault, but because the door let in so much sound it was disturbing. Because of these things don’t think the value was good.
