I loved that there was gated parking in a parking garage. It was quite narrow if another car was coming down, but there were no issues. Staff was amazing, and they sent a robot to the room to bring things I requested. There was a gym on site, which was pretty decent. It was in a good location as well. I like the fact that the hotel was lenient on having food delivered to the room from Uber Eats as some hotels are strict with that, and you have to go down to the lobby to get it. The bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was as well. There was no city view from where we were, but I love that there were big windows. I really love that there was a microwave in the room, I wish hotels would do this as a standard. I would stay again! I didn't like that the wifi was not working properly. I think it was due to the tv being such an old smart tv it wouldn't stream the apps on the tv. I didn't like that the room had a sign that read to call down to the lobby to request an ice container only to be told by the front desk they do not provide any ice containers for the rooms. They did provide ice, but it was kept in a bag and we had to stuff it into the fridge.

I loved staying at The Burton House Beverly Hills! They gave us an early check in without even asking and the rooms are very spacious, neat, and clean! The location is perfect as you can easily walk around BH and Rodeo! The staff is great!

Our visit was very pleasant. All staff were helpful, room very comfortable and breakfast at the restaurant was yummy. Will definitely stay again if visiting the area!! Thank you!

Even though I stayed only a few hours, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Such a friendly accommodating staff and the rooms were wonderful, clean, spacious, modern and downright comfortable! Thank you so much🙏

Great hotel, rooms were very nice! Front desk staff was excellent, very accommodating! Only thing was the valet service is so expensive and takes forever to get your car! We had to wait in line and had like 5 people in front of us and only one worker

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were nice and helpful. The property is a bit run down although it seems like things were in good working order.

Our only negative was the toilet paper, it was cheap, thin, one-ply and just didn’t match the quality or vibe of the room. Such a small thing, but upgrading it would definitely make a huge difference! Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
