I had an awful experience. Checked in room had an awful odor gave my husband and I a terrible headache and nausea feeling. Reached out to staff who changed us immediately expressing they were “closing” room due to the obvious smell, but once we spoke to manager (Bridget) on duty she was extremely unprofessional, extremely aggressive, exchanging words back-and-forth from my husband and herself. Never mind the construction work going on in several rooms right next to us safe to say I will not be staying there again..

Clean and safe stay in Los Angeles. Waking distance from rodeo drive and the lifts were cheap around the city. No complaints

The pool and restaurant are the centerpiece. It’s happening there without feeling too crowded or wild - just please and destitute

Overall the hotel atmosphere was awesome. People were super nice. The room was cleaned and fill every day with free water. Vivian restaurant is to be recommended. Not that I didn't like but, some rooms will need refreshment quite soon.

We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years, great spot to land in LA, walkable to local restaurants and shops in Beverly Hills. The staff is great. We enjoy staying here. I think the parking is too high, a lot of hotels have switched over to pay parking and they continue to raise those rates, it's unfortunate.

An amazing stay! Great location

This is an excellent hotel. The customer service was the best I have ever received. The staff was attentive, helpful, and went out of their way to give guests a great experience. We arrived early and our room was ready well before check- in time. One member of our group popped a button on her dress as we were headed out the door to my nephew's graduation. Someone from the front desk found a sewing kit and ran to our Uber so that the repair could be made on our way to the ceremony. We enjoyed the on site restaurant. The food at Viviene was delicious. We enjoyed the morning coffee, lunched by the pool, and had a celebratory family dinner for 11 at a poolside table. Everything was terrific. I highly recommend the Avalon to anyone looking for relaxed luxury in a neat section of Beverly Hills.
