They didn’t clean our room for 4 nights and they would only change the bedsheets and call it cleaning! For clearance we had make up the room sign on every morning from 6am and we would visit the reception to ask for housekeeping as they never answer the phone. When we returned to our room on day 1 it was still dirty and the receptionist told us they are short staffed with only one person cleaning the whole hotel and they won’t clean our room but they will try their best to do a turn down service. In the pictures you can see a hair in the towel they had changed and dust collected from days of them not even cleaning the room. They also allow everyone to go up to any levels without needing a security card! We had a very uncomfortable interaction with a stranger in the elevator as well that made us checkout 1 night early and of course receptionists was no help and refused to refund the last night that we weren’t there. I would not stay there again

So many extra payments for nothing and tips and unnecessary extra payments for the breakfast and parking so much expensive

This is the first time I have stayed at this property. Every single staff member has been polite, friendly and accommodating. A huge shout out to Dessy who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I also would like to mention Oma who who checked us in and was a delight! She is an asset to the Cameo. Concierge has been amazing! Sam, Chris, Jackson. All so great. I can’t wait to come back.

It was an excellent stay for us. Very comfortable and lovely room with a balcony.

Location I booked and paid in advance for a room with two beds as we were three people, on arrival they said it was not available!!! They said I could have an upgrade to a room with one bed which in fact cost the same as the two bed room so was not an upgrade. They then proceeded to give us half a glass each of flat champagne from the dregs of what was left in a bottle at reception, as if this made up for anything. On getting into the room it wasn’t big enough for another bed comfortably so I called reception to say I wasn’t happy. She assured me that they would provide a real upgrade this time, a room double the size and reassured me that she would meet us at the room to move us. She never came!! My husband had to go down to be told it no longer existed. Another option was to separate us into two rooms!! Why come on holiday together. The first day after returning at 3pm the room had not been cleaned. Five times we called reception they did not answer. Finally got the room cleaned more time wasted. We booked to relax in luxury. The Spa and pool were closed, room awful, service terrible. I will not be back. Credit on a room does not compensate for failing to provide what was booked and when you can’t provide it failing to offer a real upgrade. If I wanted a junior suite with one bed I could have booked it for the same price. I didn’t as I wanted two proper beds.

The staff here is simply exemplary. This is how you would want your high luxury 5 star hotel to be ran. They go above and beyond for all their guests. From the valet gentleman to the front desk. All the way to the housekeeping and on room dining. Thank you so much for yet another great stay.

This hotel was amazing. The location of the hotel was superb and served as a perfect starting point for all of the commuting my family had to do while in LA. We stayed in the Hollywood Suite, and my family loved our time spent there. It was spacious, meticulously clean, and the room decor was perfection. Our stay was top tier from arrival to departure, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The room service was also absolutely wonderful, and the food met the impeccable standards set by the hotel overall. I will absolutely book here the next time I am in Beverly Hills, and I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know that has plans to travel to LA.

The door men. I stayed there for two weeks, and after extending my stay, I informed the manager that I was feeling unwell when she asked for my card. Despite knowing I was sick, she refused to give me a key to my room. After staying at the hotel for so long and paying for an extended stay, I was genuinely shocked by the way I was treated. The hotel had all of my information on file, yet she still would not allow me access to my room. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I am still shocked that someone calling herself a manager would handle a situation this way. This is not how guests should be treated at a five-star hotel. I’m sorry, but the experience was extremely disappointing.

House keeping doesnt clean the rooms properly. Both sinks in our room were clogged . The shower drain in the shower isnt large enough causing anyone using the shower to stand in 6 inches of water while showering ( disgusting ).

The front desk manager Jerin was incredible helpful. He checked me in. He realized it was my birthday and treated me like VIP instantaneously. I cannot Thank you enough. The following morning with my checkout Jared was working the front desk. Not only did do a quick helpful job. He also prepared me with coffee in a to go cup and water for the road. Thank you so much at this establishment for making my 40th birthday so special. Thank you Dominic and thank you Adane from the in room dining as well.

Everything was great but the surprise $77 parking fee, and $200 a night for a dog fee was not cool. They should be more transparent about it when searching for hotels.
