All over great experience

Room good and staff are wonderful. Feel like vacation which we were!

Room was clean and comfortable. Could offer free breakfast. Could offer self parking, the $70.00 per day cost for the valet was high. Is this typical of lodging in Beverly Hills?

The staff in particular - Matthew. picus was exceptionally kind, understanding and caring. He truly made our experience truly memorable, along with Baby head of housekeeping and Bridgette at reception along with Mr Vaas at the Bar I think breakfast should be complimentary for all staya more than 300$ or more per night. It would be a brilliant differentiation factor and make guests choose mariott over all competing hotel chains

Customer service here is AMAZING!! Beautiful hotel, great amenities, great for kids and families. We came for a family emergency, booked it the same day and they had early check in available, valet parking, pool&hot tub and great food and bar on site. What set this place apart for me was the customer service. Every staff member smiles and greets you, opens doors for you, helps in any way and actually seems like they want to help you! I can tell they emphasize customer service in their training and it’s well executed. I would rate this place a 10/10!

The only negative point we might share is that we were in the room a lot due to the fact that we were there for a surgery and recovery. There were no movie channels and we couldn’t log on and stream anything from our own devices on the TV. They told us the TVs were too old and didn’t have the capability. So all we could do was watch the few channels they had available. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but if you’re recuperating from a surgery, you kinda need to have some TV.

Noisy refrigerator in room, no ice available except by going down to lobby area gift shop, breakfast cold and served in boxes, way too expensive and couldn't eat most of it. Valet parking way too expensive and only option available.

Good location but parking seemed expensive . Nearby streets offer free parking . The pool doesn’t even have changing facilities and no service . Perhaps as British / European travellers , our expectations were different .

The hotel staff provides excellent service. Perfect location for Jews, synagogues nearby, lots of kosher restaurants

Charge car park and the valleys didn’t inform me about charges and booking . Com have one price for car park and the valleys on the property makes their price in the spot $304 for 2 nights be aware !! The bed was really comfortable.

The area and the Valet staff are amazing But the mistakes we had and the value in general is low I needed a bottle opener and called no one could get me one I went to the bar even the bar men couldn’t get me one he asked for me to bring the bottle cause is the only one in the hotel.. After a mistake they had on the room and blocked our cards by mistake they gave us a coupon for drinks on the bar that didn’t even worked… Dont recommend this hotel just the staff of the valet are nice
