We stayed at the hotel because of the proximity to our very important meeting. We requested a 3:30 am wake up at check-in and again over the phone when I went to bed at 8:30 pm. This meeting was super important and couldn’t be late! Well guess what? We never received any wake up call! NOT ONE! At check out we mentioned it to the front desk clerk and all we got was a week, “Oh I’m sorry about that “! Let me tell you, check in service was much better than check out. Very disappointed that we can’t count on them to be reliable and follow through with basic services.

I recently stayed here and when I got there it was around 3pm they told us the room wasn’t ready so they had us wait 1 hour, later the next morning I wanted breakfast so I went and they told me I shouldve received a paper for the breakfast and they never gave me it so I had to payed for my breakfast twice it was $30 per person.

This is my go-to place in Pico/Robertson area. The best hotel in every respect. Excellent gym, property upkeep, room quality, service - everything is top-notch. The hotel punches waaay above its price. You just cannot go wrong with this place. Marriott is the best in the area and I will only stay here.

Early check in 3:00 and late check out at noon were great features. $77 parking was absurd and should be disclosed upfront In the full cost.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed my stays both times. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained.

The hotel was very clean . Bed was very comfortable. Room impecable , staff was very friendly, and location is great. I’ll stay here again !
