AC Hotel by Marriott Beverly Hills

Clean room. But Bar guy’s need more Customer service experience.

Overall great service, cleanness, awesome roof top bar and view, love it overall.

I spoke with the front desk about switching rooms, but they said they couldn't accommodate the request. They also mentioned they would call the neighboring room about the noise, but that never seemed to happen. Another downside is the parking. Valet parking is the only option, and at $66 per night, it's extremely expensive. Overall, the lack of soundproofing, limited resolution from the staff, and costly parking made this stay not worth the price.

Had a great experience at AC Hotel. The staff in particular were very friendly and always had a welcoming vibe. The room condition and amenities like rooftop pool were perfect for my stay and I have no complaints there. I think the only negative is the shape of the hotel's ice machines, which weren't working on my floor. There was also a large cockroach in the hallway of my floor that I ended up killing myself. A totally random pest problem that probably happens infrequently, but it was worth mentioning. Parking is restricted and $60 a night so worth mentioning as well.

Good location with some great restaurants close by and the rooftop bar has fantastic views. Unfortunately, the fire alarm did go off very late when we were there and the valet parking tends to back up which makes it challenging given the volume of traffic on Wilshire.

Cute spot and has a Thai restaurant just walking distance that stays open until 2 am ! Perfect for anyone hungry after a long night and doesn’t have to drive far.

The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant. What a view! Breakfast was great! One price with a well stocked buffet. The hostess was wonderful. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Greeted me each time I returned to hotel. My only negative comment was the $100 a day the hotel added at check in ‘to covered incidentals’. This was not explained until check out although I tried to get an explanation several times during my stay. I did not rent a car so luckily did not incur the $60 a day parking fee. The final bill was correct. I would stay at this hotel again.

The toilet keep breaking down, twice whilst we were there. No opening windows!

Room is nice. Staff so helpful making sure our stay is wonderful. Breakfast layout is nice and good price for the variety of food.

Great staff, clean place Nothing to complain about

It has been a long time since I have a stayed at a Hotel where the ALL the staff was Amazing. From check in to the roof top bar to Valet. Thanks to AC Marriott for making our quick High School Graduation visit better than we expected.

Good facilities if you want a gym or swimming pool at your hotel. Nice breakfast, although a little expensive. I'd recommend Cafe Fresco for pancakes or similar, or Paris Baguette if you just want a coffee and a pastry. The rooftop bar is a nice space to enjoy. Rooms are the same soulless prefabs you get everywhere these days. No wardrobe, just a rail with 6 hangers and a couple of tiny drawers. In-house food at the bar isn't great but there are many good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Stayed here for my girlfriend’s 26th birthday, and we both loved it. We came all the way from New Jersey and stayed in the King suite with the city view, the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect and in proximity of all our excursions

Amanda (the manager) provided excellent customer service. We also really liked Liz (waitress). She took really care of us. We enjoyed having dinner on the rooftop deck. The view was amazing! Valet only hotel

Location was great! No complaints at all.

City view, but tiny window looked out on an adjacent building with a small view of the city if you looked out of the window at an angle. Shower door didnt close all the way, so water soaked bathroom floor with every shower. Had to wait 4 hours for an available room, and was asked to sit on a sofa in their lobby which was their "business center". Room's coffee machine was filled with water from previous occupant, and coffee packets were never refilled during my stay.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, Hotel was clean and kept up! I’d stay there again for sure!
