I paid booking.com for this accommodation before my departure and have your confirmation of payment. However the hotel has charged me again for the accommodation, plus some extras. I gave them my credit card details with the understanding that I would need to pay for any additional expenses during my stay, however, they have also charged me for the accommodation. Please rectify with them immediately.

Hi, everything was great!!! I just recommend you double check, and dont get the room with the bathtub because water spills everywhere.

My room wasn't ready until 6:45pm, my family and I were stuck waiting in the lobby. Both employees at the front desk, said they would give us an update and call their manager, never did, took the manager over an hour to come out of her office to even speak to us. The manager was not apologetic, instead she was defensive and was condescending when speaking with us. The valet employee brought up our SUV, then went on having a 5 min conversation with someone else, leaving us standing there just waiting for him to give us our keys. The bellman was very friendly and the only one who seemed to care about the client experience/ engagement. This was once a great/ happening hotel to stay at, it had gone down hill, due to poor management. It's actually very disappointing, I use to enjoy coming here. Never again.

The hotel room and service were great. However, I don’t think it was worth what they charged. The biggest issue was breakfast. On the first morning, we spent nearly two hours waiting for a table, waiting for a server to take our order, waiting for the food, eating, and finally waiting to pay the bill. On the following days, we had to arrive at the breakfast room very early to avoid the long wait. Each room was supposed to receive a USD 35 food credit. However, on the first morning, the USD 35 credit was not applied to one of our rooms. At check-out, the staff insisted that the system showed the charges correctly, and I didn’t feel that she was willing to investigate or resolve the issue. Interestingly, the credit was applied correctly on the following days, which suggests there was an error with the first day’s bill.
