What breakfast????? a) No place to plug the coffee pot in. That means effectively, no coffee pot.

The location is great, near to everything. The people is very nice and ready to help. Nothing. All good

Close proximity to everything, clean and modern. Snack bar when I got back in the evening and compliment happy hour from 5-7pm

Staff was great, super clean, quiet, Nice stay. I traveled to LA for a medical surgical procedure. We planned to stay for long enough time for complications, in any, to show up. Another issue presented itself and we left a day early. We left and I informed the cleaning staff that we were checking out that morning. I also informed the front desk the night before, and asked for a refund for that day. I have been informed that a refund was not processed. We stayed at Elon because of the location by the hospital. It looks like we will be returning for additional treatments. I did everything I could to ensure the room was available for rent by the Hotel. You offer a special price for hospital visitors, and I thought you would be more aware of how hospital visits change at the last moment. Perhaps you could refund the last Day? Bed was very comfortable, better price than others in the area. Parking request was not fulfilled, then we were charged to park outside instead of in the garage. Shower head was terrible.

Very nice hotel in a great and convenient location. Clean and modern. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

I Stayed a couple nights at the Elan Hotel. I found rooms clean, used the common area coffee/espresso/etc maker, and appreciated the lobby tables with games available even though I didn’t find time to play with anyone. The first floor atrium serves as a back porch for all the rooms. It felt a little awkward but provides a nice escape from the busy area and from the direct sun.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Proximity to Cedars Sinai was great. It was wonderful to have a mini fridge and microwave as well. No complaints, everything was great.

We reserved a room for two nights to be near the hospital for my wife’s surgery the next day it was rescheduled for day after. I asked to stay in the room an extra night but they said I had to pay a higher rate. There was no opportunity to reserve a parking spot in the garage. All were full or reserved staff just said find a spot outside. This the heart of West Hollywood and we had to park several blocks away. A clerk suggested we wait several hours for the end of parking enforcement. On first morning had coffee in the room. The coffee service was not refilled during the next two days. Not a fun experience

We had 3 people in our room and only 2 bath towels. Also, on 1 wash cloth

Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness, car park access even if a but expensive but super handy and safe and 24h complementary coffee/tea Some noise in the room the 1st nigh but staff managed to find another room

Beverly Center, eating, shopping and Cedars Sinai are all within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Do a wine and snacks event every evening.
