Palihouse West Hollywood at Beverly Hills

The location was one of the best locations,I highly recommend this place,but the parking space is not so good you have to give your car to Valle and it costs 55$ per night.

Such a charming hotel! Loved sipping coffee & enjoying breakfast on the patio, the indoor dining & lounge area is beautiful, & the staff were all friendly & helpful. We will be staying here again next time we visit!

Well decorated hotel in a convenient location to the LACMA, Grove, and Rodeo Drive. Check-in staff, valet, and room service staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very basic and only okay. Also the pool area was small for the 6 guests using it. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the minibar was stocked but pricey. We enjoyed the Palihouse and people who value design and location would appreciate it.

The property was dark and gloomy carpet everywhere refrigerator in the room full of soft drinks and energy drinks. There was no place to put my own stuff. I understand that this is for the client use. Not for them to sell their products. No water was provided for free. Difficult to sleep because of street noise add noise from adjoining rooms. Lady at the front desk give me only half an hour for late check out usually late check out another hotels I have stayed is one hour. This was an emergency situation in any case I will never go back there again. Seems to me that they're more money oriented than providing service

Surprisingly nice place, decor is great, nice vibe but my poor score is due to the freezing cold rooms, and bad beds. I tried to heat up the room, (which both days set to 66 degrees by cleaning staff) and it set my rooms fire detector off. Bed was like wet it was so cold and damp, can’t stay again because of the poor night sleep. Sorry gang, liked your place but it’s all about the sleep.

We found previous guests unclean socks in the closet, and the room was missing a hairdryer. It takes at least 30min for housekeeping to deliver anything you’re asking for, which tells me that the hotel is probably extremely understaffed. The room is spacious but you can hear a constant whirring noise from the AC. Overall, while I wasn’t expecting 5 star service, the quality of our stay was below what I’d usually expect at a 4-star hotel.

Pleasant surprise for 2 days surgery at Cedars.

I stay here at least 3x a year for all of my business trips. Rooms are spacious, quiet and beds are so comfy!
