Excellent staff at every encounter! Vanessa checked us in and later helped us extend our stay by one more night, always with a genuine smile and friendly attitude. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is fantastic as well!

A nice hotel, with very good air-conditioning! Disappointed about the lack of parking facilities, and that the compulsory valet parking was $90 a day, seems excessive on what is an expensive hotel already. Apart from that, the hotel seemed nice, but nothing special.

Had to book last minute, glad I picked this hotel. They really know how to treat a guest. Everyone from the valley and front desk to the bell men was kind and attentive. The bed was magical I don’t know how else to diatribe it. I haven’t slept that well in years

Nice lobby / pool area - renovated We were placed on the third floor at first and the rooms had very small windows, felt a bit garage like. We got moved to the 9th floor the second day though. The airco is very loud, the rooms are ok, but could use an overal renovation (the rooms are quite a contrast to the lobby/pool area which looks great). Its a pitty there is no food service at the pool. To get to the pool you need to walk through a conference type area which is a bit strange. You have people dressed in suits and the families pass by in swimming clothes. The parking is very expensive 90$ per day. We parked at the target next door for 20$ which was fair.
