Sofitel LA at Beverly Hills

Good location. Hotel is great. This should be a 5-star hotel.

Centrally located, with all sorts of entertainment, shopping and dining within minutes by car or walking. It's a great cost-benefit property worth the consideration.

We stay here once a year for a Dr visit at Cedar-Sinai. The hotel, the staff, and the rooms are consistently wonderful and attentive. We will be coming to stay as often as we can!

No bathroom on the first floor No coffee shop on property. Arrived after a 5hr flight and nowhere on property to get a coffee and something to eat

Great property and extremely helpfull staff.

However, this was the first time we found dirty stains on both the bed sheets and the pillow. We asked for them to be changed. At first, we were told that the housekeeping staff had already left for the day, but thankfully the team still managed to replace the bedding. We hope the hotel will pay a little more attention to cleanliness in the future, as this would make the experience even better.

From check-in to check-out the staff at the Sofitel was phenomenal! Individually and collectively the staff was professional, personable , and knowledgeable. The Concierge helped me to set a tour of LA, the check-in assistant helped me to navigate traveling to dinner and back, and the check-out assistant helped me to quickly move about to get my ride to the airport. Magnifique!!

Rooms could use an update

This hotel, staff, restaurant, rooms were EXCELLENT! We travel a lot and we were very impressed with this particular hotel. We will definitely be re- booking soon.

Always amazing

Beautiful property. Great location. The staff are attentive and very helpful. Plenty of room for a party or just to have a nice quiet weekend. The restaurants and bar are beautiful and the food an music are both really good.

The Sofitel Beverley Hills has incredibly beautiful common areas, however the actual rooms are not as nice. The bathrooms in particular need refurbishing. No teaspoons to make a cup of tea, only flimsy wooden sticks. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. I noticed quiet a few people who thought they were more important than others in the common areas, but maybe that’s just Beverley Hills. I would probably avoid this hotel next time and find something better, but a little cheaper, in West Hollywood perhaps.

Room and property was clean. AC didn't work that well. There were no slippers or robes in the room, but they were provided when I asked. The pool is small and nothing particularly impressive. The location is fine--across the street from a large mall. Overall, the stay was clean, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great Hotel, great location!

The lobby is impeccable but the rooms and hallways could stand to be updated. The carpet in the room was dusty. The staff was very helpful.
