Exceptional staff and hotel.

The location is fantastic and the bar is decent with friendly staff. The pool, though small, was usually quite empty and had loungers available. A downside was the poor noiseproofing which meant I was constantly woken up by helicopters in the mornings.

Had a fantastic stay at Kimpton La Peer! The hotel is stylish, impeccably clean, and perfectly located in the heart of West Hollywood. The staff was warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Beautiful rooms, great atmosphere, and an overall wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Really great facilities and location. Felt luxurious but personal and intimate.

Our room was a nice size and ready early. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and gave us treats for our pup. The valet service was quick and convenient. We enjoyed delicious drinks at the outdoor bar with our pup. All in all, it was a great stay!

We had such a lovely stay the location is great with some amazing food spots close by like the butchers daughter and great white. The hotel is super modern and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The staff are all lovely and super efficient, especially the valets they are always such a pleasure so helpful and couldn’t be friendlier they really stand out. Nothing it was a great stay.

The lobby was nice, the pet service was nice. However, my room was underwhelming, unclean in some parts, especially for a 5-star hotel. There were some stains on the carpet and on the actual sink of the hotel, there were literal drain flies coming out. The caulking also looked old around the shower. We stayed only for 1 night hence not complaining as it was the only 2-bed available left for that day (we got moved). Too bad this happened as it was a perfect location.

Loved the location of the hotel, walking distance to shops and cafes/restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff Nice room, spacious & really comfortable beds and pillows. The carpark charge is outrageous ! Did not expect this. Pool could have been slightly warmer

The cleanliness of the elevators, hallways, and rooms could use some improvement considering the star level and pricing.

Great location Air con very noisy

The room that I received was right next to the service elevator making it extremely loud in the mornings. It was not thoroughly cleaned as I found rose petals underneath a chair directly in the line of site. The A/C heater took a while to actually work so I was either too cold or too hot for most of my stay. The carpet was stained and the room had a slight smell to it. Upon checkout I requested that my EV be charged and was told that Valet was behind but that it would be taken care of. I waited for over an hour and apparently they forgot to plug it in. I'll give it three stars for the excellent location but overall I do not feel it was worth the $1200 I paid for 2 nights.
