Very well maintained hotel, they use quality goods for everything.

Everything about my stay was great! The staff, breakfast and I loved my room.

Exceptionally clean rooms, great amenities like free breakfast and wine in the evenings. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

Lovely interiors and attention to detail. Bed was nice and comfy and hotel is in a great location Staff were largely friendly although we were put into the wrong room on our first night and then were asked if we wanted to move rooms late at night which we did not want to do. Staff member working was fine with this but we felt uncomfortable as we had been followed to our room to be told this and also told the guest had entered our room when we were not there.

Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service.

The staff were kind, the room was clean and the location is convenient. The facilities are clearly in need of refurbishment. While the location is convenient and close to several points of interest, the area can feel a bit dodgy at night. The breakfast offering is very limited and below expectations.

Great location, excellent continental breakfast included, well appointed rooms with nice room amenities, cute snack and mini bar. Not the hotel’s fault, but noise and music from bars in the area can be heard at night

I love everything about this hotel—the spacious rooms, the wonderful beds, the breakfast, and most of all, the warm feeling of being at home away from home! It was our third time here and we will certainly be back. There is nothing that I didn't like
