The West Hollywood EDITION

Location was perfect. Loved how the lobby bar turned into a hotspot on Friday and Saturday nights. Rooftop view was great. The shower would be better if I didn’t have to manually use the shower head.

The staff really take it to the next level

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was pretty well kept. I loved the scent of the Le Labo products they have for you in the rooms. The rooftop pool is beautiful and service was good

Everything was great overall, but I do feel the rooms could use an update, especially compared to other EDITION hotels.

The location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, the rooftop and pool were fantastic, and the entire experience felt polished and easy from start to finish. A few people really stood out and made the stay especially memorable. Harrison at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. Jennifer at the spa gave me what may honestly have been the best massage I’ve ever had. And Eric at the bar was wonderful: helpful, funny, warm, and just genuinely enjoyable to talk to. The only very minor thing I could mention is that I would have loved the room to get a little colder. It was a very hot week in Los Angeles, and even with the AC turned down, I couldn’t quite get it cold-cold. But that was truly the only small issue. Everything else was excellent. Beautiful property, great service, terrific location, and a staff that made the stay feel special. I would absolutely stay here again.

I don’t think this hotel matches the price. It is very bare bones. The pool area is small and although the view is nice up there you have to jockey to get a good spot.

Amazing hotel. Great location in West Hollywood. The staff were so helpful.

The noise, even though I was on the 7th floor, loud noise and sirens was very disturbing for 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed there.

So this is an interesting review because while the staff was super nice, friendly and accommodating we had an issue with our TV right when we checked in and asked 3 times to get it fixed but to no avail. The staff, bellhop were fantastic and the room was super nice… but, I felt it lacked for the nearly $800 a night price tag. We didn’t get a chance to try any food or use the amenities but our friends who stayed said the pool was packed on a Saturday afternoon and the vibe was great! Valet can be messy with Ubers just parking wherever they want in a small area.
