The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills

Nice size room, decor a little outdated. We were on the road side so very noisy. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, basic & nothing more than standard. Strange that breakfast is included with the room cost but you get charged for coffee. Staff in general were good but there are a few flaky ones. Best thing about the hotel is the location.

This hotel is very nice, but wasn’t for me, given the price there were some things that I thought should be included but were at an additional cost. An example would be the breakfast. It seems that the cold and inexpensive items were the only ones included in the cost of the room and any hot items such as eggs and meat, etc. were full priced on the menu. This seems like the type of hotel where the people who stay there don’t really care about the additional cost. If you know what I mean, however, if you are looking for a value and to understand what you are paying, for, I would highly recommend contacting the hotel and asking any questions first before booking.

Staff polite and friendly, bed really comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I would choose to stay here again if I were in the area. Only thing I’d say is I struggled to get any gluten free food other than crisps and dip from the room service menu, I’d have liked another option as I would have used the room service a lot more but had to order door dash

We had an incredible stay, and if we ever return to LA, this will definitely be our go-to hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their exceptional warmth and hospitality. A special shoutout to Beatrice, whom we met during dinner, her generosity and kindness were truly unforgettable! The room and property were spotless and spacious, and the complimentary car service within a 2-mile radius is a fantastic perk. Even though we only stayed for one night, you helped us create memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you all!
