Excellent Place Close to Sunset Strip, Staff was Great, the cost for a One night stay was very high.

Basically a renovated apartment complex. Personally would not stay there again given price point.

There is a laundry in the property which makes it great for longer stays. The manageress was great and very accommodating. The corridors are very dated and make it feel a little grim. There was one member of front desk who was really unhelpful and didn’t care enough to try help us with basic requests. We kept having to go back to the manageress who accommodated us right away.

The room smelled really bad due to the old age of the carpet.

I did not like that the kitchen is not well equipped from the start. If you want drinking glasses for example, you have to ask for them. Overall, very good stay.

The interior is nice and vibrant, I was pleased to be able to keep a window open with a bug net so the aircon didn't have to be on all the time. The bed was really comfortable and I liked being able to open the blinds above it to get that morning light in the room. A fantastic thing was how quiet the room was on the 5th floor. And when there was a party next door, security took care of it quickly. Most of the staff was very lovely as well, quite friendly and relaxed. I think it fits well with a "younger" clientele. The pool area is great, very comfortable benches! The balcony is covered so there was no sun and you couldn't really sit outside which makes is pointless, but at least the room never got too hot. As many have mentioned, you have to ask for the most basic kitchen utensils... But they do provide. Not sure if it was just my room but the sinks and showers had very little power. It was a struggle washing thick hair. I'd highly recommend adding more vegan options and making sure the kitchen staff understand the term to make sure there are no accidents. Also for people with certain allergies, vegan food is also an added safety. All in all the restaurant and menu could use that little extra touch

Check in and out process was easy. Staff was polite and the room was very nice. Great overall experience.

It was great overall. Th only thing I didn’t like were their pillows. If they can invest in good pillows will be so great.

Clean room and great staff

Montrose is a unique place, with a welcoming atmosphere and a wonderful rooftop pool. It is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of West Hollywood. Our room was spacious, with a large bed and three separate living areas. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The location is amazing. Its perfect walking distance to the Vanderpump locations and BH, and a short drive to Runyon and the Grove. I would absolutely stay here again!

Not worth the money. Uncomfortable bed too.
