Wifi barely worked, friendly staff though

My only critique is for there to be one large mirror in the room. When getting dressed, I really wished I could take one last look at myself before heading out for the day (or evening).

Such a convenient location! Right across the street from The Troubadour! Nice garden and restaurant on location. Has a rooftop for viewing.

The location is excellent & the staff is very friendly & helpful.

Room was clean, but felt small. Overall vibe and design of hotel was nice. Parking situation was not ideal.

Recommend for an inexpensive hotel stay near Beverly Hills.

Our room was small but comfortable. We did not have a view (room 24) because our window faced a wall. Parking ($32 daily) was not a problem. Great onsite Italian restaurant for dinner and a lovely rooftop spot to chill. Walkable to Melrose and PDC. Would stay here again, the staff was lovely.

Staff on arrival and departure were excellent. Even retrieved daughter's wallet which was left behind and made arrangements to ship it to us.

They supply you with ear plugs and white noise machine if that tells you anything. Called front desk multiple times and no one answered. Bed was comfortable and water pressure in shower was great.

Check in took forever. It was so loud! I had a horrible sleep. You can only park valet and I had to get my own car in the morning.

The room had everything I needed, including a working safe, TV, and air conditioning. However, cleanliness could be improved; I found hair on the floor when I arrived. My sheets and towels were not changed during my stay, although I did not specifically request housekeeping. The biggest issue was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and squeaked a lot whenever I moved, and the pillows were also uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest well. The showerhead was also installed very low, around chest level, so I had to bend down to shower. Overall, the location is excellent, but the comfort and cleanliness of the room could definitely be improved.

There was also no proper housekeeping service during our stay. The room was not cleaned, and the overall level of service was far below what I would expect from a hotel. Between the construction noise, lack of housekeeping, and poor room experience, I would not recommend staying here.
