Kimpton Hotel Wilshire by IHG

I truly enjoyed my stay and the staff at this location was so sweet, attentive and amazing. I would highly recommend this location. They also had amazing incentives for guests like happy hour and 24-hour coffee. It was truly great.

The room had a strong smell of dog or mold thankfully the windows opened. Shower had mold on the grout. Carpet looked dingy definitely not vacuumed. The roof top was beautiful and the food was perfect. It’s a 50/50 if I’d would re visit the property.

This is a valet only hotel, and it‘s 60 per night. I didn‘t know that when I booked it. you’re also charged 37 a day for I guess cleaning even if you don‘t request anyone to clean the room. my used towels were still in my bathroom after the service was provided. they did have to provide a hand soap bar the second day because there wasn’t any the first day. staff were incredibly friendly tho.

I really enjoyed my stay! My room was super clean, and I loved the Atelier Bloem toiletries. This was in a great location, near a Metro. The complimentary coffee in the morning, the social hour with popcorn and wine in the early evening, and the friendly staff all made it enjoyable. My only minor criticisms are that (1) the bar soap in the bathroom gets messy after a day, and (2) the pillows were a little flat. The valet parking is a little expensive.

This hotel is lovely. It was our first time staying here and we really loved it. It's close to our son so we will definitely stay here again on our next L.A. trip!

The Coffee was good. (another important feature!) The rooftop pool was nice and food was of good quality from the restaurant. The best part of my stay was the kind and communicative staff! In a world where that's uncommon; they were the best! Thank you!

Location was awesome for visiting the museums. Clean, Friendly, Parking was easy.. Restaurant was great and the Rooftop view was incredible! Would recommend.

I had a quick stay at the Wilshire Kimpton. There late night front desk person was very nice, friendly and accommodating and the valet drivers as well. The hotel room was nice enough, updated and clean. The A/C wasn't working which was a huge bummer, and I didn't have enough time to deal with a repair. They didn't make any concessions for that, though I did let them know. That wouldn't have been my call, but I didn't ask for one. I tried to order room service twice but they never answered the phone. It's a smaller hotel in a very accessible area. All in all I would say over 50% of the staff I ran into were very friendly. I would stay there again.
