Best Western Buffalo Ridge Inn

Comfy beds. Decent breakfast.

Our room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. The breakfast staff were lovely and very helpful, even sharing their favorite sights to see in the area. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was quite different. We waited more than 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk, and when the staff member finally returned, they seemed to have an attitude and were rather rude.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The couch in the room was old and worn out.

Room was pretty clean and comfortable. Staff at this hotel were very nice and the breakfast was typical. Would stay here again!

Great location near Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore!

When we arrived at the hotel I ask for a first floor room. She said they didn't have any first floor rooms that would accommodate 4 nights in a row. Going up and down the stairs was a bit rough carrying our luggage and there was no elevator. The ac was older and noisey. The room smelled musty and of dog when we got there so we had to run the ac lower to keep the smell down. The had one trash can in the room and said if we wanted any cleaning service we would have to request it which we didn't. Just got the things we needed from the lady with the cleaning cart. We cut our trip one night as the mattress was uncomfortable. The location was good to visit crazy horse or Mt Rushmore. The lady in the breakfast area was so very nice and the food was good every day and different variety. Very clean eating area and always stocked.

We checked out 2 days early, hotel said that because we booked through Expedia we were out of luck for any partial refund.

The AC unit was extremely noisy, and we were unable to get a good night’s sleep. The constant noise made it difficult to rest comfortably. The hotel should consider servicing or replacing the AC unit to provide guests with a better sleeping experience.

The place was fine. My only issue was the AC was very loud.

The staff was very polite and will ing to help. The breakfast was wonderfull The room was very clean. The only thing was there was a small child on the floor above us and was running and jumping around. But all in all our stay was great!

Location and breakfast. No elevator. We don’t like talking our luggage up stairs. They really tried to up date this property but it looks out of the 60s.

Our room unfortunately smelt musty ans moldy so we turned off the AC and bought an odor absorber AFTER changing rooms. The second room was slightly less smelly than the first. The toilets were not clean and our sofa was stained. I did not feel clean staying here. We couldnt wait to leave.

Clean room, staff were so helpful and assisted well. Parking was exactly in front of my room.

Good breakfast choices, nice staff.

The breakfast buffet was excellent! We especially like the little omelets! The lady who worked in the breakfast area was very efficient and pleasant. She kept every item well stocked!

Loved having the 3 queen beds.

There were plenty of choices for breakfast that kept my family happy. They made use of the pool several times in their downtime. Plenty of convenient parking. Staff was helpful and courteous with our needs.

The breakfast was very good and our room had a nice view. However, the bathroom was cramped, the carpet had a few bad stains, and we never could get the A/C comfortable. All in all, it was OK, just not great.

Stayed with our 2 kids for a quick night in traveling. Pool was nice & great breakfast with delicious omelettes, pancakes and sausage with all the fixings!
