Such a great place to stay. Even with the bike rally going on, it was super quiet. The check in staff was very helpful - as well as the checkout staff. The cabins were cozy and quite adorable. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our room was very clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the coffee was good. Staff and other guests were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, privacy, great cabin experience . We were unable to park the motorcycle on the hill in the gravel in front of our cabin. Thankfully the neighboring cabin up the hill shared their paved level parking spot with us.

We greatly appreciate the extra room for our 18' foot trailer. The grab and go breakfast had nice cereals, yogurt, juices and bread options. Staff members were all very nice and helpful.
-
Our favorite place to stay in Custer!
-
Hot tub was out of order and the pool didn’t look clean. But the room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful

We had a great stay here! Maria took good care of us when we arrived and upgraded us to a larger cabin when we realized the one I had booked wasn’t quite big enough. Beautiful view. Great service. We will be back!

My wife and our grand daughter stayed 2 nights in one of the duplex cabins. This was our third time to stay at the Rock Crest. The check in lady was very nice and furnished us enough quarters for the coin laundry on premises. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. We made our own coffee and did not go to the breakfast which was offered. The family in the other duplex were very nice folks. The cabin was convenient to Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore. My grand daughter enjoyed the animals in the park, bison, prairie dogs, deer, pronghorn antelopes, wild turkeys, and most of all the begging donkeys in the park and also the deer walking around our cabin which she fed and talked to.

This was not a cabin but a motel room- we were supposed to have a queen bed but it was a double. We had a little kitchen but did not look like the pictures on Expedia. Very expensive for a motel room, but it was the 4th of July.

We loved everything about it,
-
very over priced for what we got that is for sure. The breakfast could also be better especially for the cost to stay at this place.
-
The hotel was is a great location and the staff was really nice. The bed in our room needed to be replaced and the AC was loud.
-
A very clean motel style property that was perfect for an overnight stay. Decent WiFi and TV service and a basic co funeral breakfadt

The person at the desk when we signed in … must not have been having her best day. To put it nicely.
-
Awesome and look forward to coming back.

Very clean, not much of a breakfast if you have hungry family.

Great property! We loved the private cabin (#209). Everything was very clean. Also - we greatly appreciated the fact that they allowed us to shorten our stay by 2 days due to unforeseen circumstances that kept us in our previous destination for 2 extra days. They didn’t have to be flexible, but they were and they refunded us 2 nights. In all honesty, we wish we could’ve stayed the 4 nights we originally planned on staying. Loved this property!

Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. Wish they serve breakfast earlier than 7 am. We had to travel at least 30 minutes to any of the events. Also the room could use a kuerig instead of a coffee pot. Overall the stay was good.

The location in the black hills was amazing. The full kitchen was helpful since we stayed 4 nights/5 days. The pool was clean as was the cabin and entire area. The two twin beds were placed at the roofline which made getting in and out of them challenging. The mattress on the pull out couch needs to be thrown out and replaced. It was all wires and awful. The lighting in the cabin was lacking and extremely dim, except the bathroom. I am confused about the envelope left for tipping the cleaning staff. There wasn't availability for a cleaning, and we had to physically go to the office to get more trash bags and toilet paper.
