Clean room and helpful staff. Plenty of parking and seemed safe. Breakfast good. Room okay but walls thin and husband slept poorly due to mattress. Could use new flooring in elevator and entry area

Room nice, bed a little hard,staff friendly,breakfast could use more choices like have white bread, fruits, more yogurt flavors....

This used to be the Radisson and it was horrible. I'm glad the hotel has been updated!!

Really nice, clean, and friendly. The only complaint was when entering and exiting the building these were tables and chairs outside for smoking. Yuck. Smoking should be away from the front entrance, other than that the place was great.

We love this ,it close to my work ,people work there are so nice There nothing I didn,t except shampoo and conditioner

Very friendly staff and breakfast was ok eggs was powder eggs not cool but great location and clean.

The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out

Easy location to the park, standard room that was clean and nice. Some outdated/chipping features but honestly everything was still really clean and very nice!

The property had a nice warm continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the hotel was close to the national park. Wish the location was in waking distance to a grocery store.

Be aware if you are coming back late, parking was bad. I found the last spot available in a corner behind the hotel in a poorly lit area. Thank goodness there was a car dealership next door that helped light up the parking lot. When we got there, a car was parked under the roof at the front door, and another car was parked almost in front of the garbage dumpster. Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was ok both days, TV skipped the entire time we were there.

Great hotel rooms were clean and smelled clean staff was great and helpful check in and check out was quick and easy breakfast was good typical hotel breakfast but close to tons of other food options, parking is a bit small so arrive early.

Wonderful location!! I kept tripping on the floor in the elevator that needs repair.

Didn’t get any VIP accountability.. no waters, no upgrades which I didn’t expect but the waters would have been nice.

The place was very clean and the amenities were very good for the overnight stay I needed.
