Breakfast was great, fun bar beautiful views

The restaurant was great, offering wonderful views of the falls below. Our room was equally beautiful. Overall, a great stay.

Nice enough property. Staff was helpful and courteous. Seems like the property is a work in progress, needs updating.

Staff were excellent. Great customer service. Hotel location was awesome. Even our dog was treated with lots of love, from the front desk folks to the cleaning staff. Great place to stay.

Beautiful Hotel in a great location. We have stayed there every year for four years when visiting. Home away from home.

Our room was not very clean. There were dirty spots on the toilet seat and on the sheets.

The lounge Everything was closed for Labor Day. No breakfast, no coffee. Also, it’s right next to the highway and an on ramp - the noise of the traffic kept us awake

I did not like the lack of decent pillows, no blanket for pullout bed, bad lighting in bathroom, shower door wouldn't shut, 2 towels for 3 people, snack room was closed at 1am, roller doors separating rooms were off track, and the lack of outlets for my cpap and phone charger. Also between booking.com and the hotel i was double charged for the room and I've yet to get a refund just them placing blame on each other.

I liked the pool and lounge. Great view and amazing food in lounge. Okay hotel. It was overpriced for what you get. I paid for fall view room and received city view. Will not return

The property as well as the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot and very good.

After paying 300$ for the night I was not happy with the room condition. Water spots on ceiling. Wallpaper falling off the walls. Dusty. Shower head was gross and mold in the shower. Cobwebbs outside of window when I overlooked the river. Breakfast u have to pay for. Just not what I was expecting when it comes to what I thought was a nicer hotel chain. I will not be booking again.

Clean, quiet room The AC was set to 60 degrees when we got in the room. We turned the temp up and after a while the AC/heat shut off. The maintenance fellow came to the room and told us they just put a new “system” in and the breakers keep tripping, but he assured us that he fixed ours. And he suggested we set the temp at 72 (too cold for my husband). It shut down again. We didn’t want to be doing that all night so we requested a refund and left. The lady at the registration desk was very nice and disagreed with what the maintenance guy said.

It's dated. Needs a makeover. Rooms are rundown

The A/C in the gym was broke, The sauna was out of order and the hot tub was permanently closed. Short staff for the Club Lounge breakfast so it was canceled and vouchers were given for the restaurant buffet. The initial greeting was all about what not to do at the hotel versus making you feel welcome. We were a family of 4, we were accosted by the Club Lounge host that we each had to use the key individually to enter the Club Lounge. Something sticky on the snack bar counter in the room. Not a pleasant experience over all.
