Hazel free check-in. Friendly staff. Bed was great. Room was pretty clean. The breakfast choices are great, neat lay-out and better than most hotel we have stay at. The refrigerator made loud hums. The waiting period for pre-check hold on my deposit is longer than most hotel. It pends for 72 hour
