Everything was amazing and the service was excellent.

Clean room,breakfast The customer services, the rooms smelled like weed, the elevators was always broken, I said I like the breakfast but only part of it the juice machine was broken the whole time, the girl in the morning was so rude to everyone that wasn't white and that was a fact I saw how she treated me and a Hispanic guy but when a white came in she changed how she was talking she was all cheerful to him. Tried to call to talk to the manager they told me they would pass on the message never got a call so won't ever go here or sent any one here!

Well-kept property, with generally good value. Main concern was thin walls so one could hear loudspeakers in adjoining rooms or in the hallway. The fridge rattled intermittently through the night (turning it off would have meant risking food spoilage in the hot weather). Air-conditioning went on and off , even if not on auto but on low mode, which together with all the intermittent noises made for challenging sleep both nights there. Earplugs helped just a bit. Other concerns: front desk staff neutral to perhaps overly brusquely efficient on check-in and following,. On the plus sign, the breakfast area was well-kept and full of food and the breakfast staff went out of their way to be helpful.

The phone didn't work in the room, the sink was clogged, the wifi only worked for a few minutes at a time until you had to reconnect, and the thermostat was hanging off the wall.

The decor was up todate. 1 elevator was down for repair and the other one had to be resetted twice. I had to walk up and down 4 flight of steps 3 times. and the juice machine in the breakfast area was out of order.

No clean service.

Great acomodations at a reasonable price. My ratings would have been 5/5 if the elevator hadn't quit working the last 2 days of my 5 day stay. They tried to get it operational and it did work one evening. However, the last day of my stay I had to hand carry all of my luggage down 4 flights of stair ... because the elevator had quit again. Even though this was disappointing, I'll still stay there on my next visit.
