said he could bring up some towels for me to dry the floor myself. really? no maintenance staff to come up and check it our or to dry the floor? no offer for me to switch rooms? no discount or rewards point offered? granted I booked through expedia so maybe they couldn't offer a discount or points, but I did try to book directly through the hotel but they couldn't match the price. anyway I doubt I will use this hotel again!

The room was clean and surprising large. There was a nice spread for breakfast. My only complaint was there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom sink dispenser. Parking was good. And the clerk who checked us in was very polite.

The room was small but comfy and clean. The soap provided smelled so good!! Staff at the front desk was amazing! The breakfast was not the best. But overall it was a good stay.

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Only issue we had was that our toilet was not working the first night.

Expedia showed us booked at the hotel. When my wife arrived after 2am, after driving an extremely long time, they told us they had no rooms. Staff at hotel was helpful, had to be on with Expedia customer service for over an hour. End result was they would refund my stay and I had to find another hotel.

It was close to everything and made my trip relaxing.

The bathroom has great amenities, and is a good size. Love having breakfast and a mini mart in the lobby. Parking is easy. A solid hotel.

Coffee and hot water are available 24/7 in the lobby, and a microwave is available in the lobby to heat food items. We were welcomed with our three dogs and had a lovely stay. I highly recommend staying at this Tru by Hilton hotel! The room had very poor lighting (very dim),.and there was no microwave or coffee-maker in the room
