Comfort Inn Dallas Park Central

We paid for 2 nights and didn’t last 5 minutes in there. We left and booked a different hotel.

The staff was very helpful with canceling my reservation, which I did as soon as I walked into through the front doors. If the smell hadn’t been enough reason to cancel the cities going on in the lobby definitely would’ve been. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

there were traffic noise at times

Only good thing about this place was breakfast in the morning. The place was nasty, smelled so bad, clearly not taken care of. Whoever said this place is good for solo travelers LIED! Sketchy atmosphere staff didn’t know what they were doing. Homeless people loitering. Plus, someone was knocking on my door at 3AM. Do NOT recommend especially if you want to feel safe, clean, and secure

Deberían hacer otro tipo de desayuno

I want my refund for a two night stay of $173.00

Breakfast was all gone by the time I got down there and the pool and jacuzzi had been closed for years . The hotel looks a little ran down but it’s still a nice space to be in .

Good for the price

Very clean

It was disgusting. I had to check out a day early because of how gross the room was and how horrible the hallways smelled, not to mention it had terrible security. They refused to offer a refund.

Bed bugs. Got bit all night long.

No smoking to

The place was clean, the customer service was great!! Big rooms, huge value! Nothing

Breakfast should be able to be brought to the rooms if guest aren't able to go down to the breakdown area

Walk in to the hotel and doesnt smell clean , This place need updates .

This place was outdated, and the rooms should be rented by the hour.

Everything was good no complaints

The breakfast was not like my previous stay. It was very limited ? Also the pool did not like hiw the water looked...?

The a/c in the room wasn’t working properly and the window is bolted shut.

My room had a terrible stench. My room was not cleaned everyday. Breakfast was very light.
