Rooms were not clean , lamps were broken, bed sheets had holes and stains. Shower very out dated cracks everywhere

The room was clean and overall the stay was good.

It is a shame that Expedia will even offer a hottel like that to its costumers …

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, they had roaches in the room, the smell in the room was old and disgusting, the lock for the door was broken, did not want to touch anything!!!

N/A First of all they never answer the phones. I booked on booking.com and when I got to the property the guy that was in the front desk literally looked at me in my face and put up a sign that said he will be back in 10 minutes. So I stood there and waited for longer than 10 minutes and when he finally came to the front desk to attend me he said that their rooms are not $55 which I paid for but was actually over $100. I didn't even stay there at the property and still only got refunded not even $10

I did not like the rude staff. I did not like the $1.50 fee that no one was able to explain to me. I did not like the nastiness of the room. I did not like seeing roaches in the room.

Nothing at all. I’d never book a room there again. The service from the front desk when initially checking in was horrible. Could barely hear or understand the worker through the glass and he had an accent but also an attitude. The room was DIRTY and had roaches. The number on the door was written on a piece of cardboard and the bed was dirty and had a roach under the cover. I didn’t even sleep.
