You can safely leave your belongings in the room when you go out. Overall, it was good value for money. The hotel is very close to Dallas Love Field Airport, and the parking area is large and convenient. The breakfast options were very limited. They served scrambled eggs, hot dogs, muffins, tea, and coffee, and the same items were available every day. Only disposable plates, plastic spoons, and forks were provided. There are not many restaurants nearby. A few stores are available, but they are quite expensive. Overall, this hotel is suitable for a short stay of one or two nights.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful—two gentlemen and one lady. I received a free upgrade to a king suite through Booking.com, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Honestly nothing. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty and I mean everything. Our sheets had dried blood splatter. The bathroom was dirty and all of the towels had hair intertwined in the material. Every corner in our room had crumbs from who knows what. We feared bugs were going to get us luckily they didn’t but please think twice about staying here. Also the free breakfast was gross. Staff were nice but that only goes so far.

We never even unpacked our suitcases. The beds in both our rooms had brown spots, on the linens and on the mattress & mattress cover. One comforter actually had what appeared to be marker (yellow, purple & orange) stains all over the backside. There is no way that housekeeping didn't know the linens were stained when making the bed, it was obvious they didn't care if the beds were made with clean linens or not.

Location

Hotel room was not clean. The shower had a dirt stains and hair. The tables in the dining area were dirty at the opening of breakfast. Lots of flies. The property is poorly maintained, and the customer service was abysmal.

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful, my room was exceptionally clean and everything was top notch. I stay there everytime im in Dallas,im a frequent costumer and will be staying again. Very secure parking and the grounds are maintained and very clean

experience was the most horrifying, terrible and miserable experience we have had at ANY hotel. During our stay and upon arrival, construction materials was spread throughout the parking lot as parking spaces were already limited. Upon entering the main doors, there was construction throughout the lobby, with plastic all along the floors. The strong odor of paint, chemicals, and dust filled the air. They roomed us on the 3rd floor, supposedly as to not hear the construction going on below. The air conditioner was sub-poor as we placed it on the highest setting, and it still did not cool the room. The next morning, it was discovered that several vehicles were broken in to, and 1 vehicle stolen. The "free" breakfast was below standard. The milk was rancid and hot the food tasted old and reheated just not fully cooked. The door handle fell off at our room, and was fixed with tape. The water pressure was terrible, and it smelled of burnt Marijuana throughout the 3rd floor. Every time we would enter the lobby, there was no one at the front desk. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. If I could upload pictures I would most definitely upload the ones I took. I most certainly would want my money back from your company. No wonder you charge before the stay and have no refunds if any cancelation's are made. Good day!!
