Nothing. It no longer exists. It has been closed permanently since 12/2/25. It is no longer there and I did not receive a notification. I drove five hours only to find out I didn’t have rooms.

Property was shutdown

It was closed and abandoned with piles of rubble around the property. Lovely! The hotel confirmed my booking, charged my card, and was ABANDONED when I arrived… by myself, in the dark. When I tried to get a refund for my ‘booking’ I was told it was past the refund window. I had to stand in the parking lot of the abandoned hotel and make another online booking so I had a place to stay. At this point I have paid for TWO four-night bookings in Dallas, as I still have not been refunded for my ‘stay’ at the abandoned Sonesta Suites.

Nothing. The hotel cancelled my reservation 4 hours before check in. Very unprofessional. They did not help us find a new reservation at another location. It was like “sorry about your luck. We can’t help you” No consideration. Will never stay at another Sonesta hotel. Will never recommend.

Comfy Breakfast

Good breakfast!

Nothing I didn't realize the rooms are outside, and its very intimidating for a solo traveler. I ended up not staying and leaving early. I didn't like the smell of the room

It was close to where we needed. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. I can't believe they are closing on the 10th of December.

Well run value for money It's obviously an older facility but they did good job of keeping it up and clean

Just a great place overall. Everything was great so don't have anything negative.

Rooms were nice No pancakes in the free breakfast

Dirty and torn sheets, everything smelled of tobacco and marijuana, neglected and deserted areas. Elevator in poor condition.

It was spacious and at a good location. The room smelled and it wasn’t the cleanest . Sheets pillow and covers had stains.

The breakfast ok the lady that served the breakfast awesome very kind That they didn't have my room with 2 beds in it I booked it online and when I got there they said there were no more rooms like that so I had no choice but to get the 1 bedroom plus they said they were going to give me was 35 dollar refund and till this day I still have not received a refund
