My shower wet the hole bathroom floor and my fridge made a beeping noise all night it wasn't like that at first other than those two things it would have been nice.

While the price for the hotel is reasonable, there is a $100 deposit… I recommend you pay in cash, so that you’re able to get it back upon check out… Reason being; it is a strict policy about smoking…I never worry about it because I don’t smoke, but I do drink… Anyways because of that policy, they check rooms before you’re check out is complete… PLEASE PLEASE, WALK WITH THEM TO THE ROOM !!! I always walk the room before I leave to make sure, I didn’t leave anything of my own… The lady walked the room and continued to the patio and said there are cigarette buts out there, I told her that’s none of my concern because I didn’t go out there and I DON’T SMOKE! She then takes a picture/record and say those aren’t old buts. I told her that has nothing to do with me, because I DON’T SMOKE! She then walks to the front desk and tells a man ( oh I think is the manager ) there are cigarette butt’s on the patio and shows her phone. I told them that has nothing to do with me, because again I DON’T SMOKE ! A bystander told me that’s why I record and show before I continue my stay. I informed her you’re correct, but I didn’t think anything of it. Because I wasn’t planning on using it, and I was in a rush to get ready for my event, but I will make time next time because this is ridiculous ! The man says just giving you and FYI this property is strict with a NO SMOKING IN ROOMS POLICY. But to keep problems down, he gave me my money back. If it was left to her, she would’ve kept it.

Nice place for the place. I did like that its gated.

If you don't mind being around some very ungrateful staff during the day or really all the way around, I guess they have an attitude of like they helping you out by letting you stay there. I'm sure with their type of hospitality in that area they're probably not going to last very long

Didn't stay at the hotel had a family emergency tried to get a refund for 210$ and they wouldn't give me my money back just a horrible company

Some rooms looked clean but were not. Terrible smell in the first room and a ceiling leak in the second. Third room was decent enough to use.

Got there and the toilet seat was broken but other than that the room was nice. The area around the hotel is sketchy

I was there just for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet night sleep. I love that it is gated. I will definitely come back and stay longer and use the pool. It looked very nice from our balcony.

This location was false advertisement! It was 1 building with half Wyndham and the othet half Super 8! I told the guest clerk that had I known this, I wouldn't have reserved! She said alot of other hotels do this. I didn't feel safe in the area and had no choice but to pay bc no cancelation! I didnt stay there! It didnt look anything like the picture of front of building- it only showed half, wyndham and not the full front, that would show the both of thr hotels combined in a desolate area! I hated the place! I didnt stay and want my money back for false advertisement!!! Please look into the hotel set up. I wished I would have taken photos, I walked in and smelled the hallway and walked right out and left

I know not to book this hotel again, after my flight (no fault of mines) was cancelled, the hotel was contacted to ask for a refund, and the hotel declined to refund me quoting hotel policy.

The only downside was getting into the parking lot, due to the signage. Somewhat confusing. otherwise it was a great stay. Very helpful staff. The entrance to the parking lot.
