We had a service dog they wanted proof of service not an emotional service they argued my validaty and cancelled ny reservation on the spot. Front desk was rude even rude to expedia. Then had the nerve to charge me cancellation fee. Expedia refunded cancellation fee because the property was so rude to expedia. Then the wonen had nerve to black ball me from all their property e erywhere. They say they are not pet friendly. I tried real hard to be polite not wanting to look for a other reservation elsewhere.it did not work. I had proper paperwork but she would not even look at it. She copped her attitude because my boyfriend and i were traveling in two cars,he having to go to work everyday and me not. He had the dog in his truck, she said dig had to be with me at all times.thats why her panties got in a wade to start with yet i believe she came to work that day with personel issues. I can not express just how rude she was. She should be fired. She then lied on her write up of the incident. Causing me to not stay at any of their locations. I know because i tried.

Competitive rates, especially with FIFA. The premium room’s damaged mattress caused body aches for several days. Before deciding whether to renew my stay, I made four attempts in one day to have the mattress replaced, each time being told to check back later because maintenance would stop by. At 6 p.m., after my fourth follow-up, I was informed the maintenance technician had already left for the day and there was no guarantee when, if at all, the issue would be resolved the next day. When I asked to transfer to a standard room instead of renewing the premium room with the damaged mattress, Manager Brooke refused to renew my stay and told me I had to vacate the property. Later, when I returned to ask about the check-in overcharges that had still not been refunded as promised, she shut and locked the office door as I approached and dismissed me with a wave through the glass instead of addressing my questions.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The property was well kept, the room was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants close by and convenient.

In the guest registration form they said assistance animal is allowed. I have an ESA stayed less than 8hrs in my room without any distubance or damage. Yet, they litterly threw me out and rob me from the rest of my prepaid rent. Due to that, I have mental meltdown and when I feel better I will gather all documents, and write a written complain to submit to government agency.

I never saw the room. They overbooked 2 days in a row and though i never checked in, they billed me for the night.

I appreciate it all. I may seem a little too pleased with my stay here but, I have been very ill and I finally found peace and quiet. Respect and curiosity here. I am a little better now and I hope to stay a little while longer.

I am a seasoned traveler due to working in hospitals in different states, and this stay was by far the WORST I have ever had. The receptionist when I came was nice, but after that, every day had issues. This place didn't have those door handle signs for "Do Not Disturb," so I made one to put in the window. The first morning, some teenagers thought it would be fun to turn their car alarm on and off for ten seconds every five to ten minutes. Also, the same morning, housekeeping banged on my door, disregarding said note. An hour later, some older white gentlemen tried opened my door, thinking the woman he was on the phone with was inside, and he tried opening my door so hard that the metal latch snapped loose and managed to let the door crack open. Then, I found a couple of roaches just walking across the floor. On my next to last day, another individual, who worked for the establishment, banged on my door until I got up from a dead sleep to answer. He told me that I cannot back my vehicle up towards the sidewalk in front of the living quarters so he told me I had to get up and rearrange it. I had taken medicine for sleep that impaired my vision so having to get dressed and try to readjust my car was dangerous. Another day, the neighbors on all sides were extremely noise and inconsiderate. After four to five nights, I had had enough due to the inconsiderateness and rudeness of the neighbors and staff. This is a short-term apsrtment-like stay, and I definitely do NOT recommend.
