La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Plano West

It was okay for a night. The bed was very soft and hard to get comfortable. The room I stayed in had an interesting smell, either humidity or someone smoked in there or maybe a wet dog. It wasn’t strong but enough to notice. The breakfast was not appealing. Again, it did the job and met the basics for one night in town near the venue I needed to be at the following day. Staff was very cordial and welcoming.

location was excellent

A great

Enjoyable stay with helpful staff

It was okay, same breakfast everyday

This La Quinta was very nice. The room was clean and the people there very nice and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again!

Exceptional

The was clean and well maintained. The AC controls worked well.

The beds are really hard. Everything else was great. I didn’t like the beds. They are too hard.

Exceptional

This is a very good hotel! I stayed one night. The room was VERY big and very clean. The bathroom was clean and sufficient. The rest of the hotel was clean and well-kept. The front desk staff was super helpful. The breakfast was standard, completely acceptable. I will stay at this La Quinta again the next time I am in the area!

i love la quinta

Location Elevators dirty- drop sensation

Staff is very helpful and informative. The Texas weather is super hot but the AC in the room will freeze out, but no worries they will let you have a extra blanket.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Tried to make our stay a great one. The beds were full size. We needed queen beds. Unfortunately the hotel had none. the front desk offered us a suite. It had a king bed and a queen pull out. But there were no suites on the first floor. We needed 1st floor.

I stay here often and almost every time there is a key card failure. They always correct the problem but it is annoying.

Friendly helpful staff at check-in. Super helpful. Clean room. Air conditioning working properly. A large variety of breakfast items. I would recommend.

Stayed one night at this hotel while traveling cross country and what a pleasant surprise it was. Upon arrival, I met Olga who was very helpful and extremely pleasant. After traveling for 14 hours, it was a welcomed experience. We rented the king suite and that has the adjoining living area. The room was very clean and nicely laid out. Shower had good water pressure and the water got boiling hot if that's how you like it. The next morning, breakfast was decent. Check out took 2 mins. Great experience.

All was good.
