Exceptional

I recently stayed here for a week and was thoroughly impressed. customer services was highlight at the front desk went above and beyond to greet you our room 126 was spotless and bed was incredibly comfortable.

Ac is awesome...leave and quite was perfect.

it alright

Passable

Not a lot. No breakfast, just stail muffins and bad coffee. The room was very ugly with spiders . The smoke alarm beeped a very high pitch beep every minute all night. We as to get it fixed but they didn't. Bad experience.

Convenient, served the purpose I needed, comfortable.

Room is clean nice smelling good people are nice

I heard nothing but great things when I booked, I arrived, it had an off putting smell. The one staff I dealt with was very nice and informative. I get to my room. It smelled like a smoking room. I look around the TV is dirty there is hair in the shower, the sheets had stains and I found FOUR roaches I had to get up out of there. I do thank the ESA staff member that checked me in and out. She was very kind even during the check out process.

On the breakfast none of the things they had we ate. No good selections. And the room they gave me no tv and the toilet was broken fron the handle , we to take the cover off to flush it ,no phone. When to let the manager all this she said she would put me ius in another room after they cleaned the checkout. And it would ready for us when we came back from site seeing . But it wasn't that way. When we got back she was no longer there there and the person that was there said that she had said sorry could not find us a room .. She did not call me to let me know or nothing. We stuck with no tv no phone and a broken toilet. So no I did not like at all Nothing I sorted it on top already

Nothing I sorted it on top already

Would not recommend at all our stuff

.

Good location, friendly staff. The room we stayed in was okay, the bedroom its self was extremely hot we couldn’t feel any of the air flow from the sitting/living room area which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The remote for the tv didn’t work for neither tv we had to get up to keep changing the channel which was kind of hard to do because they were old tv’s and the buttons would stick or not work at all. The bathroom door was broke so we had to lift it up and down to pull it closed and open and it never really closed all the way. **They in fact do NOT have a fitness center or swimming pool even though they have signs in the building that say otherwise.

SAME

NOTHING AT ALL WHEN WE ARIVE THERE THEY DID NOT RECOGNIZE MY RESVATION. SAME

Breakfast was minimal (OATMEAL AND COFFEE) and the staff was very helpful. Cockroaches upon entry to the room.
