Clean room the housekeeping staff are outstanding always courteous and ready to help. The front desk were very helpful

Milddew, bath tub old had mark, wall had big hole. Breakfast every days is the same not varierty

Room was dirty!!!

We were initially given a room already occupied by someone - that was extremely uncomfortable. Then we were given a room that had old pizza crust and trash in the room before we were finally given a clean room. We won't be back lol.

The hotel was close to Dallas Love Field airport. It also provides a ride to the airport!

This hotel needs a total TLC. The outside of the property is filled with trash. Our rooms had no lamp or light shade, yes...no lamp shade. The sofabed needs to be replace. The sink faucet was on its last leg and died during our stay. This hotel definitely needs some big time renovations and attention.

It was recently updated but for some reason when you walk in the lobby you get hit with a strong mildew smell. Luckily it wasn’t like that in the room though. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Enjoyed my stay. Very quiet. Clean. The key cards need a lot of work. They did not work at times.

The property advertised a hotel shuttle which was one of my deciding factors. When I arrived I was told it was not available on weekends and I would have to make my own way. The breakfast was poor. One of the carafe's of coffee was cold at 6:00 am and still at 7:30, probably from the previous day. When I informed the staff I was told to put it in the microware to reheat it. The selection of items was slim. The hotel was clean and well maintained but the incorrect advertising and breakfast issues really spoiled the stay.

My husband 2.5 year old son and service dog booked this property as we were landing from being abroad, had tons of luggage and wanted a close hotel with a shuttle. We landed in Dallas around 10pm exhausted. My husband suggested we call the hotel to confirm shuttle times. At baggage claim for over 10 minutes I called the hotel & there was no answer. So we walked & it was a significant walk to the shuttle area with all of our luggage. After standing there about 5 minutes my husband finally got some one on the phone at the hotel & we were told there is no shuttle take an uber we will reimburse you. Another significant walk with all our luggage. Uber was a 15 minute way. Our child was melting down tired. We get to the hotel and the front desk woman demands a doctors note for the service animal. It’s against the law to ask for personal & specific medical records. It’s very late now and I’m arguing with the front desk woman over this. We are all tired we just want our room. She finally says well I wont charge you for your dog because of the shuttle but warned me to never show up at this property without proper paperwork. Also she would give cash for the uber excluding the tip but didn’t have any so I needed to ask the desk in the morning for it. The room was great and clean. We went to eat breakfast and I was told by staff I can’t have my service animal in the breakfast area. She was laying at my feet like she always does. I’ll never stay here again. Staff is rude and dismal.

My room was full of mildew. It was overwhelming. I complained and they moved me to another room with the same problem. The next day I complained again and they said they would clean the air conditioner. It made no effect so they moved me again. Next room was free from mold, but I developed new itchy bite marks on my abdomen and arms each morning.

The location of this property was great, especially if you have a car. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was very cold, no hot tub.

No airport service was available.

The breakfast was great, clean room everyday, air conditioning was great, staff was always helpful and assisted me when needed. Carmen was the best housekeeper, she was excellent.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast sausage, eggs, and coffee were mediocre but everything was full stocked and ready. I would stay again and would recommend the property for the value it provided at the price point.
