There’s been broken car window glass in the parking lot both times I’ve been lol

I stayed here before an early morning flight. The property paid for an uber to get to the airport.

Room was extremely dark. Only 2 lamps for light. The 3rd had masking tape holding it together. Light in the bathroom was very dim, as well. Smelled musty. Beds and linens smelled like stale cigarettes. Hallways smelled like weed. I tried to take pictures

It just wasn’t very clean.

The hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage) and other items to compliment he breakfast was to standard so no complaints!

My only complaint was I had no hot or warm water in my room when I asked about that issue, the attendant said he hasn't heard anyone else have that issue and when I asked to switch rooms he said he could not. I left Saturday morning at 4am.I didn't stay the Saturday or Sunday. It was a quick turn around trip and the price was not horrible. As they say you get what you pay for. I would have been more upset if I paid 120-150 dollars a night and some of these things were not addressed. Sorry one more tid-bit, try and mange better where you place people. I'm not sure if the people above me had kids or they were just heavy footed but that was another reason since I was already up because of that noise, I went ahead and left.

Room was clean but the air didn't seem to get that cold. Other than that everything was perfect!! We would definitely return!

The airplane tail fin is a nice touch.

Was told by an employee shuttles were running, and when I got to the airport on Sunday was then informed by another employee that no shuttles run on weekends. If I had been told this from the start I would’ve went elsewhere, however the place is nice for the cost.

I was put in a room with cockroaches (took a video to prove) in Dallas. Was promised a refund for the first night, but was told I have to contact expedia first.

The halls and elevator were scorching hot. AC in room was loud. Staff mis-programmed our keys so had to go back down hot elevator to get re-programmed.

The only thing I would suggest is maybe get security for the building. Our car got broken into and the hotel didn't seem to care at all.

Common area was a bit funky. Air conditioning wasn’t keeping the room cool enough. Room could’ve been cleaned better. Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.

I had a great stay at this La Quinta Inn hotel on Monday. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated how convenient the location was and how smooth the entire stay was. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Our stay was just okay. As soon as we got into our room it smelled like cigarettes even though we selected a non smoking one. We immediately noticed a large stain in our duvet cover and staff were pretty slow with changing it out so we left to do our activities. The overall atmosphere was okay. Everyone was quiet and friendly, the area is pretty rough though. Free breakfast is nice but the dining space and lobby are entirely too small and cramped to accommodate guests. Our shower also leaked water everywhere when we used it. This hotel definitely has a lot to work on but served its purpose.

We flew into Dallas from New Orleans quite late but were able to get in before the shuttle service had quit for the night. However, their shuttle driver had to leave due to an emergency earlier than expected. The front desk ordered us a driver to bring us to the hotel. The first driver left right in front of us but the hotel ordered us another one who was very polite, courteous and got us right to the front door of our hotel. Check in was fast which we appreciated since we had been up early to try to get in the last moments of our vacation. Would definitely recommend!!

staff was great. this was our second stay this week and the staff was super nice again, room very clean. very nice property

Our room was on the 4th floor. The minute we walked into our room, it had a really odd smell. The entire floor was HOT. Then there was a silverfish bug on one of the beds. We had to strip the beds to check everything to make sure there was nothing else. The sheets had stains on them. The tv didn’t even work. There was dog kibble left on the floor in the corner of the room from a previous customer. The elevator smelled like there was a burnt circuit. The gym was super hot, & smelt like SWASS. Hotel staff weren’t rude, but also showed lack of interest when speaking to guests. They looked like they didn’t want to be there at all. The only decent thing was the bathroom in the hotel room. The pictures look nothing like the ones posted on the Expedia site. Definitely would never return for previous trips.
