I loved the location! It was really close to Utsouthwestern, which is the only reason we came to Dallas. And the way we came in kept us off all the loops and confusing changes. The parking lot by our room was very well lit and no weird people lingering outside! The hot water wasn't working until after 10 pm but I let front desk know immediately and the problem was fixed! The cleaning could have been better on the tables and floors and the bathroom door felt like it was going to fall off, the top hinges were bad so we had to lift the door to shut it. The and no faucet moved all over like it wasn't sturdy and attached properly so had to hold it down to turn water on. But overall very worth the stay!

They let us check in early. We quickly put our stuff in the room then left because we had been running late to our plans. We came back to a hot room where the ac didnt actually work, and we had no hot water.

Lobby smelled very smoky.there were 2 of us but one small towel. Couldn't watch television it wanted us to purchase to watch free television.

Conveniently located near the airport and met all my expectations of comfort and affordability for the night - King room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't. How unsafe i had felt and almost got robbed.

Nothing. My room was not clean they had ants and a half dead roach in the bathroom. I did not get a maid the 2 nights I was there. Had to reuse towels cause the maid didn’t come even after I had told the front desk he said he would make sure the maid cleaned my room. Also the room smelled like weed.and the toilet and bathtub was dirty!!! At 10:50am the manager came by to make sure we were checking out and tried to hurry us out. Very rude no customer service. I understand it’s a low rate motel but they weren’t hurrying the women of the night off the property just ME.

Smell very great and completely clean. Bed comfortably, kind employees. I will return soon. Nope

When you opened the door, you were hit in the face with smoke and weed smell. Once you got accustomed to that, you are overwhelmed by the mildewy smell. The air worked fine but was pretty noisy, the toilet started running whenever another room flushed, and the laundry machine was broken. Unfortunately, we had already made the trip to get soap and quarters (front desk advised us that there was laundry but they would not make change.)

Parking was good rooms are a little outdated and not as clean as they should be but perfect budget hotel for a night

It was full of cockroaches and crickets. They got me in a room by the pool you can see through the lower part of the door. There are cockroaches in the refrigerator. There are cockroaches in the bathroom, and the cockroaches in the bed. I told the staff about them they did nothing. It was the roach Motel.

Staff is very unhelpful and rude

The room price and deposit were not worth the stay. The room was nice sized. The bed was king sized, but it was a cheap bed, hidden stains on towels, spiderwebs and the room smelled... I booked online when I got to property they requested a $50 deposit; which screwed me over because I wasn't expecting to pay out extra funds. Then with the low quality rooms what is the deposit for nothing is fixed; everything is poorly patched together. The guest laundry room was filthy filthy I didnt even walk in. Just disgusting.
