close by where i was visiting. near to places to eat. we are not smokers but the room smelled like smoke inside the room.

Quiet area Not worth the price inside has black mold and shower fixtures barely work hard to turn on and off toilet barley flushes ac/ was on auto even though it wasn’t on auto

Do not stay here whatever you do we had to call the police on someone and we got kicked out instead of them most of the tvs don’t work the pool is drained and empty when they show it has water in it . No fridges and the vending machines didn’t work

The property was quiet and if you did have any type of disturbance, you can get in touch with the office and they will get in touch with the people who are making the loud noises and get them to stop They have roaches and it’s not safe to even sleep because they crawl into the bed with you. You’re definitely need to bring some roach bait.

The staff was very rude didn’t want to give us toilet paper or towels no visitors allowed it was the worse experience I have had with a hotel

Only the price The room had no refrigerator, no microwave, you had to go to the Office to use a community microwave that was dirty. I had to get ice everyday because I brought refrigerated items. The maids were stingy with towels acting like I was going to steal them. I only wanted an extra bath mat to put by the bed. A homeless family camped out in the breeze way by my room. They were not a bother but I felt bad for them, there were children with them. The only thing that was good was the price. Lots of people live on this property.

The room was clean but old. The phone in the room didn’t work, the wifi was very weak and didn’t really work. The office person was rude and didn’t really care. I found a better motel with nicer staff and a phone that works, with free breakfast and cleaner for cheaper than this motel. So I went there.

This was the worst experience at a hotel/motel I've ever had. Disgusting conditions and false advertisement. From the parking lot to every inch of the room I really don't know where to start. Nasty floors, soiled bedding, unclean bathroom with no shower curtain in site, empty pool, and a terrible staff to match it all! Hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves for advertising this place on their site, as everything was a dreadful misinterpretation of this property. Customer service was of NO help and only managed to disturb my girlfriend's sleep by sending the property "manager" not once but twice to the room just after 6am! I have photos to back all of our complaints and will be speaking to my legal representative about getting this robbery of my funds, time and effort resolved. NEVER AGAIN!
