The lady at the front desk was nice but that's where it stopped. The system used to check guests in wasn't working so I almost didn't get a room but after an hour it started working. The hallways and my room smelled bad. My room overall looked ok at first glance but with a closer look I noticed lots of spots that hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. I had to go get disinfecting wipes to wipe down all the surfaces. The TV remote only worked half the time. The pillows were hard and worst of all the bed springs were worn out. To top it all off at 11pm an employee began using a carpet cleaner in the hallway outside to suck up the rain water that was coming in from the exterior doors and soaking the carpet. Bottom line, don't waste your money staying here!

good price and fairly nice, parking lot was tight though, wouldn’t recommend any semis try it unless it’s completely empty wish it had a small pool

Absolutely disgusting..had roaches, toliet wouldn't flush good, and when requested, no extra pillows at all were available. See above

Had no breakfast available. Bathroom cleanliness. No coffee available at all.

we got to the property and the lady in the front office was rude as heck! the room was ok but the tiles in the bathroom were broken, anyone getting out of the shower would have cut his/her for by stepping on them as well as the other tiles were loose. we could not ask for another room because according to the front office was the last one and we were tired from the long trip as well as it had already been charged to our card and there was no way for a refund. the place looks like an extended stay there is trash almost everywhere and mud all over the stairs like no one ever sweeps. the trash can in the top of the stairs was full and boxes full with beer cans next to it. we asked for a handicap room and that is what we booked but when we got there we were told there was no handicap rooms at that location at all. my husband has an injured knee and we were placed on the second floor. I know that this is a motel/hotel I would never stay at again it’s horrible nothing

Location. It was near where I needed to be early Monday morning. Yes Plenty. No coffee, Had to send back 2 pillow cases and 1 towel due to dirty cases and towel that had a musty odor. Only 1 soap no other ammenities ie. Shampoo etc. Staff was okay they did what you asked but not friendly. 

Not safe for a family, for sure!

Least expensive in area , clean Very basic , no type of dresser to set anything on or In

That there were dogs in the hallway.. And I'm terrified of them since I got bit by one when I was l little.only

The location of the motel was the only positive statement I will make. The room was filthy, mold everywhere, bad smelling, bath towel had black and brown streaks and stains, walls and baseboards filthy (stains and just unkept). I am embarrassed for the owners of this motel....shame on you!

Simply a place to sleep No breakfast. No coffee

Like rooms have outside access and not just confined to one main entrance. Hotel grounds very nice. You have subway next door and McDonald's across street. A few place to what a burger, so location is good. Have pest company come out and spray

Close to food establishments. Pillows were like balls of cotton just put inside a pillowcase here and there. The entrance was also closed off and had to back track out of my way to get in.

Stuff was very nice and house keeping was very helpful Having the side doors opened and letting the cold air inside
