Amazing worth the price

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Housekeeping was great. However, the ice machine was not working and that was very inconvenient since we stayed more than one night. Also, we had Doordash delivery and first time they came to our room, but second time we were told that we had to come to front desk to pick up food. That was upsetting. Even dasher couldn’t explain why they did that - it made no sense.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the shower was below lukewarm, and no breakfast or in room coffee makers.

Hats off to me being CHEAP LOL. As they say you get what you pay for. Front desk man appeared have just rolled out of bed, eye crust and bad breath. He had no customer service skills and didn’t speak upon check in or check out. Our room was decent but we could her everyone talking in their rooms and loud TV due to walls being so thin. Would not recommend staying g here.

NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK HERE....It was very very very dirty and unsanitary. There were looked to be like blood stains on the sheets that were on the bed when I arrived and they were very very dingy. The room had a stink smell and did not smell clean and fresh like other rooms I have stayed in. There were blood like substance on the wall, and the front desk even came up to see it and still did not offer to clean it. He just said ma'am that is not blood. I asked for fresh change of sheets because of the stains and they said housekeeping would be there at 11am in the morning. There were spills on the floor all around the lobby. There was an ironing board in the room, but no iron and when I requested one they stated again that I would have to wait for the housekeeping in the morning, but I need it at that moment. I even requested to be moved to another room and they said no rooms available, so I wanted a refund so that I could book another room and they said that they could not give me a refund because I booked through Booking.com. I paid cash directly to the hotel. Never Never think about staying here, it is HORRIBLE AND UNSANITARY.

The hotel itself was hot, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant odor throughout the property. Our room was dirty upon arrival, and several basic amenities were missing. The soap dispensers were completely empty, and the room only came stocked with one towel and one washcloth. What made the experience even worse was that I specifically requested, on two separate occasions, to have the room cleaned and fresh towels provided. Both requests were refused. Eventually, the hotel ran out of clean towels altogether, forcing me to go purchase my own towels just to get by during my stay. For a hotel that advertises basic accommodations, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and terrible customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
