Staybridge Suites Dallas Market Ctr Love Field by IHG

Also included was daily room refresh, clean towels and bed made. Not typical these days!

This was a last minute unexpected stay and in all my time traveling this was one of the best experiences I have ever had from a hotel. Every person who worked the front desk was kind and friendly and helpful. All of the staff and management went above and beyond any expectations. The custodian crew was helpful and went above and beyond. The restaurant and bar served fantastic food with excellent customer service. There is a clean washer and dryer and fresh coffee and water with every supply one could want for an extended stay. If you’re traveling to Dallas this is the only place I would consider staying.

Staff is amazing. Flying out the next day and gave me transportation to airport. Couldn't do enough to help.

Cleanliness

It was terrible I didn’t even feel safe - food at the cafe was horrible

Great shuttle to and from love field very convenient

Marcus welcomed us and was exceptional!

Pleasant

Would stay again!

We utilized the shuttle to & from Dallas Love, it didn’t take long to & from and the airport & driver was very prompt. The breakfast was great, too.

The room was recently redone and absolutely beautiful. My one complaint is that the shuttle to the airport purports to run every hour, on the hour.... it left early when I was 10 minutes early for the 4AM shuttle.

Very good

Best stay I’ve had in a long time and I’m a traveling nurse, I travel often. The Beer at happy hour is close what you get at twin peaks.

At check-in the person before me had an issue with check in. Then I did as well with the employee not able to find my reservation. Same for the person behind me. It took 45 minutes to check in, at midnight. The employee looked confused the entire time and had to call Holiday Inn/Staybridge to walk them through the process of finding the reservation. By the time I was checked in there were six others behind me in line. That doesn’t count those that wanted to buy snacks and then left after waiting. The elevator was down and the employee didn’t seem to know if there was another elevator working. They told me the wrong location for the other elevator as well as the wrong location for the stairs. I understand being new but a new person should not be working alone, esp a night shift at a busy airport hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and common areas, close to the highway and Dallas market center and downtown. I wasn't able to get the 1 bedroom suite I reserved because of high demand from the works cup, but the king suite was sufficient. The highway is also noisy at night and I needed to use earplugs to block the sounds. Breakfast is good, but the selections are the same everyday.

Clean, modern, good location, large rooms. The hot water was always cold in the lobby’s tea/coffee area

Nice bathroom, nice tv, good food there at the restaurant. bed is comfortable and its pretty easy to go in and out of driving wise compared to some other hotels near there.

Great job

Great breakfast and room!

Staff was very friendly! Ladies in the breakfast area re excellent!
