The only thing that didn't go well during my stay was the check-in process. I booked for a double room but for some reason it came through on their end as a single king room. LUCKILY there was a cancelation and we were able to get a double room, otherwise we would have been out of luck. Other than that, I have no complaints about my stay. The hotel is in a good, central location with lots of nearby stores and restaurants, the beds were very comfortable, and our room was clean.

The location was decent and the coffee was decent - the front desk people were decent. The first room they gave us the air conditioning stopped working - and the staff had to contact an engineer - who had trouble communicating with the staff because of a language barrier. Once they figured out that the air conditioning unit was not working they had to call the General Manager - who insisted that the air conditioning was working fine - according to him looking at his laptop computer - mind you the General Manager was not onsite and was away on vacation - the four people in the room who were standing in front of the air conditioning unit were all telling him that the air conditioning unit was not working and he was being an absolute jerk insisting it was - finally the staff member moved us to another room where the air conditioning was working. The next obstacle was an alarm going off around 12:30 at night and waking us up - and after the alarm finally got shut off and we could fall back asleep it went off again and woke us up - hence, allowing only a few hours of sleep. The next morning we could not open the blind in our room to allow any sort of light (as the room itself was dark with the only lighting in the room) because the blind mechanism was broken and not working. Showers were lukewarm and when we finally were going to check out we were never directed as to where to go eat breakfast or anything. The hotel itself needs major updating - very outdated and the rooms are dark and dreary. I would never return to this hotel and plan on reporting the general manager (the one who was not on premises who insisted the air conditioning in the first room worked just fine - although the thermometer in the room red 75 and the engineer confirmed that he air conditioning unit was not turning on at all). Overall a very unacceptable experience!!

Very clean. Good breakfast and wonderfully located to several good places to eat. Easy on and off the highway.

Clean, quiet, nice breakfast, helpful staff

The pool and hot tub are fantastic, very clean, with relaxing views of the surrounding woodlands. We found the hotel clean, quiet, and very welcoming! Highly recommend.

No microwave in room. AC did not get that cool. Was warm at night

Super slow elevator, old tv ( don’t have even HBo apps) , breakfast is okay ( at least 2 days in breakfast eggs to meat made with pork, no lactose free milk at all ) This good hotel but not for business tour.

The bed mattress was worn. Way too soft and needs replaced.

Was originally put into a room on the first floor that had an adjoining door with the next room. I asked to be moved into another room because I could hear the neighbors entire conversation as if they were in our room. Requested a room change and was accommodated without any issues. The rest of my stay was very pleasant.
