Clean room and spacious

I stayed two different night at this hotel. Outside looked good. First time It was a 1st floor front side handicapped room. It was ok but the bathroom smelled some of cigarette smoke. The second time As I walked toward the front desk to check in the smell of marijuana became more potanent. The young man's English needed improving. At one point he asked me "emia?" He said it a couple times. I told him I didn't know what emia was. He looked at his computer, then handed me the room card key. Later I realized he meant "email" The room was on the 1st floor in the back. The veiw was below ground and a medel container. The room's bathroom smelled strongly of dog pee and was sticky. The floor close to the bathroom was warped up some and was also sticky. Breakfast area seemed clean.

We were there for four nights and our room was never serviced! I asked on the third night to service and it was not done. Had to ask for towels, t tissue and Kleenex. No fresh linens! Not good

TV, Aircon, all lights, Fridge and Microwave were clean and they all worked. We got fresh towels after asking. The target was close by. the service was poor. Not a warm welcome. Not laundry facility. Poor breakfast fulfilment. The whole week we stayed there the room wasn’t cleaned a single time. The windows on the ground floor are facing a concrete air shaft. No view at all. The people working there are absolutely not customer focused. The lamp on the side table was broken when we first entered the room. We had to ask for a replacement.

More attention should have been given to bathroom cleanliness. Also one of the shower curtain rings were not hung (leaving the curtain gaping).

Exterior and interior well kept clean decorative and inviting. Staff polite. Breakfast was no stale pastries or bagel. Good choices of coffee

The room was tidy but could use a few upgrades. There was some water damage on the ceiling of the shower, and damage to the hallway floor. The TV was like trying to watch in a snowstorm. Also a hallway electrical socket with a blackened faceplate was not very comforting. I'm sure the issue has been resolved but the faceplate should be replaced. With the property not having a pool or workout center. Maybe thoughts of a place for its clientele to relax outdoors may be a nice little touch during any downtime. A couple of chairs and umbrellas. The location of the hotel was nice. Easy access to the highway and local non-chain restaurants was really nice. The beds were very comfortable and the second sink area was very handy. Overall a hotel is a hotel. Its a place to lie down and rest. But as wonderful and helpful as the staff were, the facilities are tired and need to be cleaned and upgraded to what I call BEST WESTERN standards.

We arrived and the outlets in our room did not work. The hall smelled of urine. The hair dryer didnt work. The beds are literally hard as a rock

Dated. Shabby. Not very clean both public and private areas. Staff untrained - never, ever say a room number aloud when handing someone their key.

Great value. One of the better continental breakfasts I’ve seen. Lots of options including eggs, sausage, waffles and different juices. Room was a little beat up but nothing that would keep me from staying again. Beds were comfortable and clean. Great stay especially for the fair price.

everything was nice.Not a fan of the pillows and I've slept on better mattresses. it is very convenient to shopping and dining.
